between doing this i found posts from the blog i think posted it and used tumblrs dumb gimmicks to scroll down from a post in october down as far as patience and buffer loading will allow me. got no luck with that, i try to inspect element on several pages using the mp4 filename to try and see if its anywhere, i go to other blogs and check their archives, i find that the earlier youtube uplaod is from april 10th this year so i check all these blogs up until april for it.

i take a screenshot of the first frame and tried to image search it (also tried using keywords, forcing to only show tumblr.com etc)

i!!!!!!!! i have an archive of my tumblr likes!!!!! its a different one than i use now and its old but i still have it! maybe i can search it and find it! and guess what!!! i DO find it! so then i spend like. such a long time trying to get my brain to make a connection between like. THIS. and my actual blog. or my likes. or even my dash. im stuck still. theres SOMEthing so close i could feel there was a link i could make but this archive was kind of confusing me and i mightve been mistaking it as my likes when it was my blog? but that didnt make too much sense. even writing this i took like 15 mins into making sense out of it and in the end, im pretty sure i just downloaded a ton of shit from the actual DASH ITSELF just to see how it worked. so yes its in there. but that video was reblogged by someone in. november 29th or something. like good luck. finding that.

looked into ways i could jsut to a timestamp in the dash, there isnt one. looked into trying to understand the filenaming system and if there was a way i could use that to reverse search a post, there isnt. went throuugh my likes AGAIN as well as ppls posts AGAIN to try and find it. tried to edit the html in tumblr to get arouund searching through softbanned blogs cuz theres one "exploit" but bot really and that ended up going nowhere.
