Why is he being held hostage here now? He didn't do anything! He just bitched at argued with Lucifer and then left him alone! They went their seperate ways, he got to live! Is he sulking a bit? Maybe. But he really wanted to stretch his legs and maybe get something to drink. Not that the water down here was good for him, the sulfur in it was pretty much wrecking havoc on his body. It was hard to go from drinking the pure water in Heaven to whatever Hell was damned to.

- try to drink something with electrolytes (i only know u.s. brand names, apologies, but things like gatorade or powerade, and pedialyte for kids but it also works for adults), you’re going to be sweating heavily and it’s important to replenish your electrolytes while hydrating - if you deal with heat intolerance/hypersensitivity like i do, stand up slowly and give yourself a moment to adjust. we’re prone to a racing heartbeat, arrhythmia and dizziness in high temperatures. - if you have sensory issues with sweating, again like me, keep a rag close to wipe your sweat and sit as close to a fan as possible so it can help dry you off. an ice pack/frozen peas/whatever you can get your hands on (wrapped in a towel) on the back of the neck goes a long way, i find. - please check on your elderly and/or disabled neighbors regularly. temperatures like this can be deadly for people with already existing health issues. - if you have small pets (like hamsters) put a small piece of marble (you can often get a sample piece for free at home improvement stores) in their enclosure for them to lay on if they overheat. if it’s a safe food for the species, give them a small, very thin slice of cucumber to help with hyration. liquid baby food that’s free of onions and garlic is also good.
