Because of each and everyone of you we are still here and still moving forward with heart and love. Today's message comes with both a sigh of relief and at the same time a deep heaviness. We are STILL OPEN FOR CLASSES! HYER Destination Centre is located in Embrun Prescott Russell Township and not in the city of Ottawa, which does mean we will be remaining open. Our hearts however are torn for our friends and other local small business owners (yoga / fitness / restaurants) in the Ottawa area who are faced with another 28 day closure... having been through it already, and still living the repercussions of it, I have nothing but love for you all and I am wishing you strength and endurance over this next month. For our students here at the studio: 1. Classes are still ongoing. Pre-registration is an absolute MUST for all classes. We are limited to the amount of students per class in order to maintain safe physical distancing at all times. So please ensure to respect distance between people! 2. Face coverings are mandatory when entering the studio until everyone is at their mat and ready to start class. 3. You must sanitize your hands upon entry of the studio (there is a dispenser located at the front door. 4. Please do a self assessment (just like you would if you were going to school or work) before coming to class. If you have ANY symptoms that could be related to COVID-19, have travelled outside of the country, have been in contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or you have to question whether or not its a good idea to come to class... STAY HOME! You can always head back onto the website and switch to practice online.
