Hydrocele is a dropsical condition of the groin, affecting a man’s testicles and causing them to become swollen outsize. The fluid initially may cause a firm swelling, but as the condition progresses, the excess of water will colonize the tissues themselves, rendering it exceptionally fragile and prone to torsion, rupture, and tear from even gentle pressures. Like other dropsies, it is often associated with slowing of the body and mind due to underperformance of the heart. Hydrocele is most often caused by a buildup of water and therefore pale, but certain diseases of the blood or untreated injuries may instead cause haemocele, which is associated with eventual blood infection and death.

It's squishy and loose. More like stringy gore mousse or meringue. This whole scene is very wet. I just let myself have fun with the guts and blood, you know I love them.
