The hydraulic cylinder piston is the part that exerts the pressure. It is located within the hydraulic cylinder and separates the pressure zones inside the cylinder barrel. The back-and-forth action that the entire piston system creates is what generates power.

Material: AISI 1045, 4140, SS304, SS316, and other carbon steel, alloy steel, and stainless steel.

Plating on the surface: nickel, chrome, ceramic.

Plating thickness: 0.02mm to 0.07mm.

Other processes: quenching and tempering, induction hardened.
