I'm SO incredibly grateful for the connections that I've made through this little square. Prepping for handstand. It's been a loooong day and after teaching two classes this evening I've just soaked in a warm salt bath and am now resting with my feet up against the wall - thank goodness for Viparita Karani! Whilst this is on my mind I want to say that I know I don't always respond to comments and that bugs me 😕 Please don't think I don't appreciate the time that you take to press that like button or leave a message because I absolutely do!
