More detailed impression: 5 foot nothing with a red-dyed undercut, a gold bridge piercing, and a missing pinky on his left hand. green suit, ho-o tattoo on his back w/ snakes on his arms. casual to an alarming degree. quick shift to violence when pushed too far but it takes a lot. very >:3c kinda guy except he's like 40+

Likely scenarios: any kind of Majima Family drudgery from collection calls to negotiations to setting up some convoluted Majima Everywhere scheme. general gay activities. likes sniffing out potential double agents lurking in the family. big drinker. works extra hard to avoid cops because he's a trans guy

Canon relationships: unfortunate Shimano Family goon who got demoted to the Majima Family somewhere around 2003-2004. later he's somewhere higher up in the Majima Family depending on the point in the timeline. Lieutenant, captain, who knows. He might not even know. gets a kyoudai over in the Saejima Family when that gets formed. he seems to know damn near everyone in the Tojo, often scaring the shit out of some nobody in a 3rd string family by calling them by full name and title

Role: powerful CEO of Sapporo-based arms company Rachi Heavy Industries. Has ties with yakuza, but more or less a reputable businessman.

Likely first/quick impression: smiling, sharply dressed businessman.

More detailed impression: very strong jawline, short wavy black hair, gregarious and friendly—in a way acts more American than Japanese. Expressive hands.

Likely scenarios: being polite to service workers/giving good tips, schmoozing with powerful people, speaking foreign languages, getting very intoxicated at clubs or parties, (rarely) serial killing a homeless person or someone else 'no one will miss.'

Canon relationships: friends with Sagawa and Andre Richardson. Close professional relationship with Kitakata Daizo. Ties with Jingweon before the massacre.
