Ah yes, the stethoscope... perfect tool for hearing the body. I've done two illustrations of him with a stethoscope before (though they were based on cardiophilia), but it's a nice touch! You could get a much better listen to one's stomach that way.

(If I read this question correctly,) he probably would use it on himself behind closed doors, though I don't think he'll mind letting a third party use it on him, or vice versa~

For the ask thing! 13 and 15!!

I can't exactly pinpoint when I realised this. I know I've been at least interested in it when I was much, much younger, but I hadn't quite realised the extent of it until I was a teen. It was the fact that I would actively search for content on YT, and certain content would make me feel a certain way that got me like, "Huh. This isn't just some weird interest anymore. This is something else..." And thus did I discover that I had one of the strangest kinks imaginable.

Ah, hmm... For me, it would be not only how it sounds but how it feels. I know I shouldn't, but to feel that rumbling through your stomach, paired with what can often be quite beastial growls just... it does things. Such feelings are often portrayed through personal kink art, albeit a bit more exaggerated.
