who made hunderparken

According to the wiki the game was made back in 2003 and was run by DR, which is a national public service company in Denmark. The game was available at dr.dk until the ownership was transferred in 2012 with the new domain hundeparken.dk

The game was also available in Norway and Sweden on their own respective websites, NRK and SVT. These also closed down in 2011 and 2008. The users were still able to play the second version of the park, though only the Norwegian and Danish users got to transfer their accounts and dogs to that version. The 2008 park, also known as HP2, is the version that brought all of the previously split languages together. This was a collaboration between DR and NRK.

The second version of the game ran up until 2020 when it had to inevitably shut down, as Adobe Flash was being phased out. Afterwards a group of volunteers that were also users in the old park proceeded with making the third version of Hundeparken from scratch, which is now available on https://hundeparken.net/ in Danish, Norwegian, Swedish and a brand new English language option. This is the official version of the park that holds the rights to the game.

hundeparken is an online browser based chat game kinda like club penguin! it has an english option on the website!

aw that sounds neat! i used to play a lot of club penguin back in the day so i tend to enjoy those type of games a lot
