Edward Hasicka, our owner, advised family members of a past client who were looking for a home to purchase after deciding it was time to move on from renting. They were looking in Queens and Manhattan with a large, four-pawed roommate that would exceed many building weight limits, so detailed research was required to find a fit for the entire family. We never know if the first or fifteenth unit will be the right one, and in the end, one of the very first apartments viewed — with phenomenal southern panoramic views into Midtown Manhattan — turned out to be their NextHome. Luke, our French bulldog mascot, always finds great satisfaction when one of his fellow canines finds a happy home. One of the guiding principles of #NextHomeResidential is to do what is in the best interest of our clients each and every time. That’s what #NextHome calls #HumansOverHouses and why we have so many referral clients like this one. #NHRTestimonials #ReadySteadyEddie #Yorkville #UpperEastSide #Manhattan #NewYork #NHRGetsReal #NYC #LongIsland #WestchesterCounty (at Mill Rock Plaza) https://www.instagram.com/p/CoDal2yPnli/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
