Asked the boys to give the walk area outside of House of Hope a rinse. They went above and beyond and gave it a bath! Good job guys!

When I learned that our dear Sanjana’s brother, Naitik, was at a different home, I knew he was meant to be united with her at House of Hope. So, welcome Naitik to House of Hope! It’s heartwarming to see them together and not at two different places.

Of course when I was out on a scooter round today and saw a shirt at one of my favorite stores that read, “Blessed” it was meant for Naitik! We are all blessed in so many ways.

Our team has been working hard to begin House of Hope two, which is a home for young men orphaned because of AIDS who are older than 18. During this process we learned that THREE of the kids we nurtured earlier have died from AIDS....Neha, Anup and Ritish. Sometimes you try and save the world and the world just kills you. I’m feeling really defeated about right now. Can we defeat AIDS. PLEASE! For the sake of the children. www.HFhope.org

HF Wheels of Hope Inspiration: A woman and her daughter meet with our team. Her husband had passed away because of an auto accident years ago. She learns she is HIV positive because of him, but now he is dead. Both of her daughters were never born with HIV, thankfully. Two times our team tried to meet her but nothing worked out - until today. She was reserved. She felt abandoned by her religious community and friends. She felt scared and to a point had not forgiven her husband. Throughout our time, tears came down her face, joy filled her smile, forgiveness consumed her soul and most of all hope filled her future. We call it Wheels of HOPE for women like her. Our work is beyond HIV/AIDS - it is our platform to instill hope within those who have lost all hope. Scooter Cam is ONE YEAR OLD today!!!!! For the past year our creative team has been on the streets of Nagpur, India educating and inspiring the world on HIV/AIDS.
