Average hours of sleep: I try to get at least 8 hours because without them I’m an emotional/angry disaster, but with insomnia, anxiety, and my depression meds I literally toss and turn all night so who truly knows. That and I dig brainstorming fiction ideas and deal with crippling self loathing so  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
