Day 1: November 4:

In the morning, the group assembles in Lima and then flies together to Cusco (flight included). Upon arrival we will proceed to the Sacred Valley and explore megalithic Ollantaytambo; one of the largest pre-Inca/Inca sites.

Day 2: November 5:

Full day at Machu Pic’chu, which includes taking a train and bus.

Day 3: November 6:

Drive to Cusco. Tour of Inca and megalithic Cusco in the afternoon, including the magnificent Coricancha (below.) US passport holders will get their visa for Bolivia on this day. Fee $160 US.

Day 4: November 7:

Visit megalithic Qenqo and Sachsaywaman (stones of more than 100 tons here.) Said to have been made by the Inca, but that is impossible.

Quillarumiyoq lunar/solar calendar and the massive Andene terraces located nearby. These sites are rarely visited, but are fascinating.

Fly to La Paz Bolivia in the morning. Visit the famous “Witches Market” which has a huge array of Bolivian handicrafts and then acclimatize to the altitude.

Take the new state of the art gondola commuter system and then spend the whole day at Tiwanaku and Puma Punku.

Visit Inca sites on the Island of the Sun and Moon via hydrofoil, then overnight the cute town of Copacabana at Lake Titicaca.

Cross the Peru border, visiting megalithic Quenuani (recently discovered, and shown below), Amaru Muru sandstone door/portal and the basalt Fertility Temple.

Visit the massive megalithic towers of Cutimbo and Sillustani. Damaged by an ancient cataclysm.
