Harris Campaign Spills the Real Reason Why Kamala Doesn't Speak With the Media
It’s not shocking since you’ve seen the Democrat media complex at work, but it’s also something the media can’t do. It’s not that they’re unwilling participants, but how can one sell Kamala Harris’ agenda when it’s all-around incoherent? You’ve all seen the word salads the vice president has offered on the stump. It’s one of the reasons why her team is hiding her from the media. When she does take a question from the media, it goes something like this:
It's why her policy positions aren’t on her website, either. It provides a hook for the media to press the VP on her domestic agenda, which is exceedingly expensive and laughably lofty, and a carbon copy of the Biden-Harris roadmap to the poorhouse. I’m sure the reporter who asked her how she would pay for her action items thought something usable could be gleaned for coverage. Instead, we reconfirmed why Donald Trump shouldn’t fear debating this woman. With the Democratic National Convention underway, we know from Harris's surrogates that Harris doesn’t want to engage in the media because she wants them to do the explaining for her.
Recommended
They’ve already done it with Biden. Her team is confident that the media will flesh out her policies, so there is no need for a press conference, right? I’m not sure that’s going to fly. It’s also a tacit acknowledgment that Harris isn’t good with the media, can’t go off-script, and might be a terrible candidate, but the one who Democrats are stuck with as Biden departed the 2024 race.
Again, the Harris camp’s knowledge or expectation of the media’s coverage isn’t surprising, but these people can’t spin Harris’ awkwardness. No one can.

Why This Black Wisconsin Voter Is Leaning Toward Voting for Trump
We’ve all had fun highlighting Kamala Harris’ social awkwardness. Donald Trump has been brutal to her in his rallies, but it’s not necessary. There’s a reason why this woman is keeping her mouth shut: she’s a lightweight and an absolute disaster on policy. Why is this silent monk routine amusing?
Her entire agenda is Joe Biden’s, and her name is right next to his in all the White House policy rollouts. When she does speak, it’s an incoherent trainwreck. Keeping Biden and Harris attached at the hip in the messaging is essential, and voters aren’t dumb either.
ABC News interviewed a black Wisconsin woman who was unafraid to say she was leaning towards Trump, citing the former president’s ‘no tax on tips’ policy, which this woman said Kamala stole.
“She's [Kamala] just been kind of caught up in a lot of lies,” she added.
Black voters are an interesting demographic this cycle since a) they didn’t like Joe Biden, and b) they’re not overly jacked up about Kamala Harris either. They’re willing to veer away from the DNC’s laughable propaganda about the economy. In Philadelphia, one black woman broke down about how inflation is killing the community without actually doing it, placing blame on the federal government—aka the Biden administration.
Recommended
Harris’ refusal to talk about it should insult voters, though we all understand why she doesn’t speak to the press: her idiocy gets exposed.
Still, dumb or not, you have to engage with the media because that's part of the job description.

Nancy Pelosi Is One Nasty Woman
Love her or hate her, there is one thing about Nancy Pelosi: she gets stuff done. Most of it is atrocious on policy, but when it comes to the inner workings of the Democratic Party, she can be a savior or the grim reaper. For Joe Biden, she was the harbinger of death to his presidency. Other horsemen led the Biden White House to its apocalypse, but it seems like Pelosi was the one who fired the kill shot.
The woman is lethal, which has been known to the people covering her. It’s fallen by the wayside, but she kneecapped the Squad shortly after Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez was elected, ensuring they’re visible and vocal but never a threat. That’s the Hill. On this game hunt, she took down a presidency when it became clear that a) Biden was going to decimate Democrats down ballot, and b) Joe was trying to run out the clock.
The president tried the bunker protocol he had used in the 2020 election, hiding until Pelosi dropped some grenades into it. The former House Speaker was done with the president’s foot-dragging and poll denialism. The Democrats were approaching an embarrassing defeat if he remained a la Jimmy Carter in 1980. It’s here that she essentially blackmailed the president, saying she would denounce him viciously in public, making her the most prominent Democrat to do so, and would cite brutal polling to back up her new aggressive attitude toward the president. With Pelosi’s public denouncement, the dam, which was already about to bust, would have collapsed (via NY Post)
Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi had threatened to publicly trash President Biden if he didn’t end his reelection bid — forcing the then-ailing commander in chief into a “come to Jesus” decision to finally call it quits, according to a new report about the final moments of his campaign. Pelosi sent an urgent message to the 81-year-old president last month while he was still nursing his COVID-19 infection at his Delaware beach house, insiders told the Daily Mail. Pelosi reportedly threatened to publicly trash her longtime friend and political ally if he continued to ignore thunderous calls to drop out of the 2024 election over fears for his cognitive abilities, four sources close to the campaign told the outlet. Pelosi threatened to go public with her belief that her fellow Democrat wouldn’t beat the Republican nominee, former President Donald Trump, in a rematch — and threatened to release humiliating polling data to back it up, the sources alleged.
Frankly, I prefer the 25th Amendment story, but whatever the scenario, it shows how weak this presidency was, something that Pelosi alluded to post-Biden dropout. The California liberal trashed the president’s political operation, as she should—they allowed him to get booted. With all its institutional advantages, the US presidency can and should be able to snuff out internal issues quickly. Yet, it’s only as strong as the man behind the desk. Pelosi knew that and sniped Biden, who reportedly hasn’t spoken to her in days. It’s got to the point where Pelosi appears worried that this relationship might be permanently fractured. I’d say so until Joe completely forgets who he is.

Did Obama Tell Biden That They Had Kamala's Approval to 25th Amendment Him?
If this story is true, and it’s a big what if, then Joe Biden has been deposed in a coup that’s reminiscent of banana republics. The problem is the sourcing: the story appears to be written by Seymour Hersh. Hersh isn’t a fake news peddler, though his stories often rely on anonymous sources, so much cannot be verified. For those who don’t know, Hersh has written for The New Yorker and The New York Times. He won a Pulitzer for his reporting on the Mai Lai Massacre during the Vietnam War. Hersh may have a liberal bias, but he’s not overall a conspiracy theorist, at least not in the vein of someone like Louise Mensch, a former member of the UK Parliament, who went totally off the deep end during the Russian collusion hoax.
Hersh’s pervasive use of anonymous sources has given many an editor heartburn. Still, this story also is grounded since Joe Biden was facing pressure from all angles to step aside following his disastrous June 27 debate. His polling began to crater, placing states like Virginia in play. Donors withheld their cash; Hill Democrats poured out, calling the president to step aside. The dam finally broke during the Republican National Convention. Still, Biden remained entrenched even though he was looking at a Jimmy Carter-style loss if he stayed. At this point, Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, and Hakeem Jeffries increased their campaign to nudge the president into quitting. Barack Obama was already working behind the scenes to force Biden to exit the race, which brings us to this piece of palace intrigue: Biden called Joe saying that he got the go-ahead from Kamala to invoke the 25th Amendment. Hersh noted that Obama dropped this bomb at breakfast time on July 21. Hours later, Biden would quit the race:
Take from this story what you will, but we can discern that there was a massive push within the Democratic Party to dump Joe. During his trip to Nevada, which got nuked by his COVID diagnosis, his money man, Jeffrey Katzenberg, warned him that the well was drying up. The campaign spent mountains of cash on efforts to defeat Trump, and the needle wasn’t budging. The other part of this Nevada trip is the reported medical emergency that occurred, leading to roads being closed and a medical team assembled for Biden at University Medical Center in Las Vegas over an apparent stroke. It was later aborted, with the motorcade being diverted to the airport when supposedly the president could be treated for a mini-stroke or transient ischemic attack. He wasn’t seen for days until he called into Kamala Harris’ campaign headquarters in Wilmington, Delaware, where he sounded close to death, his speech slurred.
Biden was muscled out, and that’s not a tin foil hat observation. Scott Jennings made a similar point on CNN, noting how Biden’s exit also marks how easy it is to topple a president if the party’s big wigs band together. Biden might have been able to save his presidency if he had the political acumen and skill required for the job. He never possessed those qualities. No money, no friends on the Hill, and even the base had done a 180-degree turn on wanting Joe to stay. He was frail, had COVID, and now another medical episode of undetermined origin, but wouldn’t be shocked if it was a TIA. Could he handle it? Nope.
Now, let’s say this story is true, we need hearings. In this universe, Kamala Harris appears to be someone who orchestrated a coup. When did the 25th Amendment chatter start? A woman who no Democrat voted for is about to become the official 2024 Democratic Party nominee for president—it’s astounding-ly bad. No Democrat has ever voted for Kamala, who proved to be so unpopular that she quit her 2020 campaign before the start of the primary season that cycle.
Even if this breakfast body slam by Obama never happened, the cumulative effect of the anti-Biden forces within the Democratic Party amounted to a coup. The irony is, again, if this story is true, is that many saw Kamala as Biden’s 25th Amendment insurance policy. Let’s also not forget that no so long ago, many were pondering whether Biden should dump Kamala due to her unpopularity and overall awkwardness on the stump.

Potential Harris VP Pick Has Ties to Chinese Spy Balloon Company
A potential pick for Kamala Harris’ vice president has ties to a Chinese spy balloon company, putting him in the spotlight for possible ties to the Communist Party.
Democrat Sen. Mark Kelly (D-AZ)
co-founded a company that manufactures spy balloons, much like the one that was floating across the United States last year.
Kelly's Tucson-based company, World View, was funded by Tencent, a venture capitalist closely linked to the CCP. World View specializes in space tourism using spy balloons, which received funding from Tencent in 2013 and again in 2016.
In 2020, World View president and CEO Ryan Hartman told The Arizona Republic that the venture capitalist has “zero access, zero input, and zero control" over the company.
Tencent and World View reportedly have an agreement with the U.S. government to provide aerial surveillance using their balloons.
According to Vision Times, Tencent established its first CCP branch five years after the company was founded. It holds “Party Member Day every year when CCP members working at the company’s offices “celebrate the achievements of the communist party.”
Taiwan News claims that Tencent follows a “party members first” rule when hiring new employees.
The CCP-based company collects data from its mobile app, WeChat, a well-known social media platform in China. WeChat is used as a surveillance tool for the Chinese government, which regulates Tencent and reportedly suppresses opposing views.
However, the current leadership of Tencent said it was a mistake for the company to accept a Chinese investment.
“When new leadership arrived in 2019 and learned of that investment, they swiftly moved to ensure World View was protected from any and all involvement from representatives of Chinese investors,” a spokesperson said.
In 2019, Kelly left the company to focus on his political career. The spokesperson said that any leftover financial interest the senator has in the company is securely stored away in a blind trust. They also confirmed that Kelly surrendered his assets and control of the company before leaving.

Hezbollah and Israel Are on the Brink of War...And the Biden White House Is Silent
As Sarah wrote on Saturday, tragedy has again struck Israel: Hezbollah reportedly fired a rocket at the Israeli Druze village of Majdal Shams, killing at least ten people, some of them children. They were playing a soccer game. The attack has increased tensions as Hezbollah has been firing rockets into Israel for months. It’s led to an internal displacement crisis, as Israelis in the northern part of the country have evacuated to the south.
Since the start of the war in Gaza against Hamas in retaliation for the barbaric October 7 attacks, Israel has made no qualms about taking protracted military action against Hezbollah if the rocket attacks continue. Hamas’ invasion into the southern part of the country last year shocked the psyche of the Jewish state, where wiping out the terrorists and all threats to their nation was a security priority, a sentiment shared from across the political spectrum. We could be on the verge of a northern front opening in the Middle East, which has made the Biden White House nervous. This rocket attack comes as Kamala Harris, who has assumed the top slot in the 2024 Democratic Party ticket, called for a ceasefire in her remarks on the ongoing situation in Gaza (via Axios):
The Biden administration is highly concerned that a rocket attack from Lebanon that killed 12 people in the Golan Heights could lead to an all out war between Israel and Hezbollah, U.S. officials tell Axios. The big picture: The administration for months has worried that both Israel and Hezbollah are miscalculating as they escalate their rhetoric and fighting on the ground while thinking they can avoid an all-out war. U.S. officials are also concerned that without a ceasefire in Gaza, a war between Israel and the Lebanese militant group is becoming more likely, which would exacerbate the regional crisis and draw the U.S. deeper into the conflict. "What happened today could be the trigger we have been worried about and tried to avoid for 10 months," a U.S. official told Axios. Driving the news: The IDF said twelve people were killed and more than 30 were wounded when a rocket exploded in a soccer field in the Druze village of Majdal Shams in the Golan Heights. IDF spokesman Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari said Hezbollah was responsible for the attack. Hezbollah denied it fired the rocket and said it had no connection to the incident. Hagari called it the "most serious targeting" of Israeli civilians since the Oct. 7 Hamas attack on Israel.
Where’s Joe Biden? As of writing this post at 2 am, there’s been no statement about the attack, not even a tweet. Who’s in charge of the White House? Does Joe Biden know there’s been an attack? In his last Oval Office address, Mr. Biden had a laundry list of items he thought he could get done, showing that he still had the mental capacity to carry out his duties. He needed to sound busy, but we’re on the brink of a second front opening in the Middle East between Israel and radical Islamic terrorists, and the president is AWOL.
Joe, is America back? Because something should have been released hours ago, even before your 4:30 PM bedtime. Has Biden been present at the NSC meetings on this situation?

Olympics Opening Ceremony Features Drag Queens Mocking Biblical 'Last Supper' Scene
The opening ceremony of the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris, France, turned heads while prompting backlash from some faith-based viewers.
The intro featured an eccentric performance that depicted a drag queen dressed as a blue smurf alongside other drag performers dancing on a runway, striving to build up excitement for the opening games.
The ceremony also included a “headless Marie Antoinette,” the last queen consort of France prior to the French Revolution who was married to King Louis XVI.
Antoinette was found guilty in a trial in 1793. She was famously sentenced to death and beheaded by a guillotine.
This is crazy. Opening your event by replacing Jesus and the disciples at the The Last Supper with men in drag. There are 2.4 billion Christians on earth and apparently the Olympics wanted to declare loudly to all of them, right out of the gate NOT WELCOME pic.twitter.com/T88AmXbqXL— Clint Russell (@LibertyLockPod) July 26, 2024
Another featured scene in the opening ceremony was a drag performance that recreated “The Last Supper,” which is described in the Christian Bible and was depicted in the famous painting by Italian High Renaissance artist Leonardo da Vinci between 1495–1498.
The Last Supper visually represents the last time that Jesus broke bread with his twelve disciples before he was arrested and hung on a cross.
Additionally, the Last Supper also marks the first-ever sacrament of Holy Communion, in which Christians are united with Jesus Christ (Yeshua), receiving his grace and forgiveness.
“Queens everywhere! We couldn’t be happier about this huge moment for drag performers breaking through the mainstream and showing their talents to the entire world,” wrote Out Magazine, a publication for LGBTQ community.
An estimated 320,000 people are expected to be in Paris for the Summer Games.
The full opening ceremony is expected to last a total of four hours.

Coup Upon Coup Upon Coup
Victor Davis Hanson
In March 2020, all the major Democratic primary candidates abruptly, mysteriously, and in near unison withdrew from the presidential race, ceding the nomination to Joe Biden.
Yet Biden had lost the first three races in Iowa, New Hampshire, and Nevada --and only won his first victory in South Carolina.
Suddenly, on the eve of the Super Tuesday mega-primaries, the candidacies of front-runner Bernie Sanders, Pete Buttigieg, Elizabeth Warren, and others simply evaporated.
The fear of a front-runner Sanders' socialist victory and nomination -- and thus an enviable landslide loss to incumbent Donald Trump in the general election --had prompted the donor class and shadowy political insiders to act.
And they did so by choosing a perceived moderate, old Joe Biden from Scranton. That required the coerced departures of all his far-left rivals, who had hitherto performed much better than Biden in the primaries.
Now front-runner Biden still displayed obvious symptoms of serious cognitive decline that had only seemed to mount through the 2020 campaign. And his dementia continued to accelerate during his first three years as president.
Biden had deceitfully promised to conduct a healing campaign and a unifying presidency. But once in the White House, his extreme agendas proved the most divisive and far-left in nearly a century.
Rumors of that prior March 2020 Faustian bargain emerged. The Bidens got to serve as useful moderate veneers. So, they enjoyed the ceremonial functions of the presidency while outsourcing the real operations to former Obama officials, consultants, and advisors.
Indeed, Obama did not, as most ex-presidents do, exit Washington upon leaving the White House. Instead, he bought a mansion and stayed close by.
Democrats demonized anyone critical of Biden's obvious mental decline. Their smearing crested during Biden's now-aborted 2024 reelection bid, even as Biden could no longer display even a veneer of mental and physical engagement.
Polls revealed an impending Trump landslide victory in November -- and a massive Democratic loss of Congress.
So suddenly on a Sunday, July 21 -- just days left before state ballots were formalized with the names of the parties' official nominees, and on the eve of the Democratic convention -- party bosses, mega-donors, and Obama puppeteers went into action for yet a third time.
They reportedly threatened candidate Biden with a complete loss of any further campaign funding and raised the specter of invoking the 25th Amendment to end his presidency -- should he not suddenly withdraw from the race and endorse Vice President Kamala Harris as his surrogate on the ticket.
In one moment, the choices of nearly 15 million Biden primary voters were vitiated. No delegates were consulted. No other alternative Democrat candidates were even considered.
Biden was dethroned; Harris was coronated -- without much public input or even knowledge of how or why.
Democrat grandees stopped smearing Biden's conservative critics, who had worried over his dementia. Instead, they now trumped opposition criticism of Biden's decline.
Yet Biden most certainly did not resign his presidency. Instead, he promised to serve out his remaining six months in office.
So Democrat insiders not only removed their leading candidate, who for the prior six months had won all the 2024 primaries and almost all the delegates, but insisted that Biden keep Democrats and himself in power -- but only if he agreed to quit the race.
In sum, at the 11th hour of a two-year reelection effort, a cabal arbitrarily decided that Biden might well lose the Democrats the White House and the Congress.
So, they reversed course, now claiming his dementia was so acute as to destroy their November prospects. But mysteriously, his decline was not severe enough to imperil the American people, whom Biden must continue to lead until January 20, 2025.
Furthermore, the bosses' replacement choice, Harris, had entered no primary. She never won a single delegate. Harris also never captured a single delegate in her first and only presidential run back in 2020. She then dropped out of the race even before the first Iowa and New Hampshire balloting.
We have now witnessed three left-wing veritable coups.
In 2020, covert actors decided to ossify the Democratic primary races. Next, they conferred the nomination on a clearly cognitively challenged Biden. He was now tasked with serving as a useful moderate vessel for a virtual, even more radical, Obama third term.
The same operators next assumed virtual control of Biden's presidential agenda, given his accelerating cognitive decline.
When that charade could no longer be sustained, for a third time, they circumvented the normal transparent democratic process.
So, they removed the once useful but now a liability Biden -- while insisting that he was still fit enough to keep the left in power -- until the anticipated Harris victory in November.
And all of this was the shadowwork of those who sanctimoniously lectured America that "democracy dies in darkness."

Biden Says He's Firm On 'No Pardon For Hunter,' But Skeptics Aren't Buying It
Hunter Biden, son of U.S. President Joe Biden, arrives to the J. Caleb Boggs Federal Building
The White House has doubled down and reiterated that President Joe Biden will “not” be pardoning his son, Hunter Biden, after he was found guilty of three federal firearm charges.
However, skeptics on the right and the left still aren’t convinced.
In all, Hunter Biden was found guilty of making a false statement during the purchase of a gun, making a false statement related to information required to be kept by a federally licensed gun dealer, and possession of a gun by a person who is an unlawful user of or addicted to a controlled substance.
The first son previously lied in October 2018 after checking the “no” box on a federal firearm form that asked if he was a user or addicted to controlled substances.
Additionally, Hunter Biden’s long history of drug abuse has been widely known, as Hunter himself published a memoir in 2021 titled Beautiful Things in which he recounts his lengthy history of addiction.
During the trial, Hunter’s attorneys did not deny his history of substance abuse, but rather, opted to argue that on the day Hunter bought the firearm, he “did not consider himself” to be an active drug addict.
Last month in an interview with ABC News, President Biden claimed to have ruled out pardoning his son, saying that he would choose to accept the verdict of the case as he trusted the judicial system.
Although White House Press Secretary Andrew Bates re-confirmed on Tuesday that the president would not pardon Hunter, skepticism is beginning to mount now due to Biden recently dropping out of the 2024 presidential race.
“The president spoke to this in his ABC interview. His comments stand,” said Bates.
Meanwhile, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) recently spoke on a podcast and speculated what the odds were of President Biden pardoning his son now that he has opted out of the 2024 presidential race
“I’m going to place the odds that Joe Biden pardons Hunter Biden at 100%. Hunter Biden will get a pardon as a result of this decision,” said Cruz. “It will not happen till after Election Day. He’s not going to do it before Election Day. But he’s going to stick around. And after Election Day, I believe it is now 100% that Joe Biden will pardon Hunter,” he explained.
Hunter Biden is set to be sentenced in October on federal charges pertaining to the illegal firearm purchase.

FBI Director Reiterates Concerns Regarding Terrorist Attacks By Foreign Nationals As Election Approaches
Bailey: For years democrat bastards opened America's borders to the world and now this creep is worried about terrorist?
On Wednesday, FBI Director Christopher Wray testified before Congress, expressing his concern that terrorists may have crossed the border covertly and could be preparing an attack similar to the ISIS takeover of a Russian concert hall this year.
According to security experts, Wray is “increasingly concerned” about terrorist assaults on “soft targets”—locations frequented by regular Americans. He linked that anxiety to the recent rise in illegal immigration along the border, expressing concern about who may have entered unnoticed.
The director said he can’t estimate how many foreign terrorists are in the country, adding that not all of them are border entries.
“We are increasingly concerned about the possibility not just of a foreign terrorist attack, which is very much a concern, but even the potential for a coordinated foreign terrorist attack, perhaps like what we’ve seen against the concert hall in Russia,” Wray told the House Judiciary Committee.
While a lot of attention has been focused on the quantity of terrorist suspects found attempting to enter the country covertly through the southern border, he stated that he is more concerned about those who have already entered unnoticed.
“I am increasingly concerned that foreign terrorists could seek to exploit vulnerabilities at our southwest border or at other ports of entry or other aspects of our immigration system to facilitate an attack here in the United States,” Wray added.

Biden Delivers Historic Address On Leaving 2024 Race, Doesn't Admit Why He Dropped Out
US President Joe Biden (L) speaks during an address to the nation about his decision to not seek reelection as his son Hunter Biden (C) and Hunter’s wife Melissa Cohen Biden (R) listen, in the Oval Office at the White House in Washington, DC, on July 24, 2024. US President Joe Biden will give an Oval Office speech July 24, 2024 to explain his historic decision to drop out of the 2024 election and pass the torch to Kamala Harris, with the White House denying any cover up over his health. In his first address to the nation since quitting the race, the 81-year-old is expected to burnish his legacy and deny he will spend six months as a lame duck president.
President Joe Biden addressed the nation from the Oval Office in his first speech since dropping out of the 2024 presidential race.
On Wednesday evening, Biden made a rare speech where he stated, “I revere this office. But I love my country more.”
“It’s been the honor of my life to serve as your president,” Biden stated. “But in defense of democracy, which is at stake – and is more important than any title. I draw strength and I find joy in working for the American people.”
In the 11-minute speech, Biden went on to say that while he enjoyed his presidential term, he believes that “the best way forward is to pass the torch to a new generation.”
President Biden: "Nothing, nothing can come in the way of saving our democracy, that includes personal ambition. So, I have decided the best way forward is to pass the torch to a new generation. That's the best way to unite our nation." pic.twitter.com/Df04E33JSO— CSPAN (@cspan) July 25, 2024
“I’ve decided the best way forward is to pass the torch to a new generation,” the 81-year-old Democrat said. “That’s the best way to unite our nation. You know, there is a time and a place for long years of experience in public life. There’s also a time and a place for new voices, fresh voices, yes, younger voices and that time and place is now.”
However, Biden strangely offered no explanation as to why he dropped out of the race suddenly, even though the few weeks prior, the president consistently declared that he had no intention of dropping out.
Biden went on reiterate his endorsement for Vice President Kamala Harris’s presidential campaign. Harris recently acquired enough delegate support to become the presumptive Democrat nominee for president.
“Now, in just a few months, the American people choose the course of America’s future,” the president said.
“I made my choice,” Biden continued. “I made my views known. I would like to thank our great vice-president, Kamala Harris. She’s experienced. She’s tough, she’s capable. She’s been an incredible partner to me and a leader for our country. Now the choice is up to you, the American people.”
Biden wrapped up his historic speech by reflecting back on his lengthy political career.
Bailey: The following statement is lies and complete bullshit.
“It’s been the privilege of my life to serve this nation for over 50 years,” Biden said. “Nowhere else on Earth could a kid with a stutter from modest beginnings in Scranton, Pa., Claremont, Del., one day sit behind the Resolute Desk in the Oval Office as president of the United States. But here I am.”
Biden says that he plans to remain in office for the rest of his term.

Jimmy Carter 'Death Hoax' Goes Viral, Even Tricking One Senator
NEW YORK, NY – MARCH 26: Former U.S. President Jimmy Carter
A fake letter that falsely claimed former President Jimmy Carter had died has gone viral on social media platforms, duping many, including Utah’s Republican senator, Mike Lee,
as well as multiple news outlets.
Right-wing media personality Laura Loomer appears to have reposted the screenshot, leading a massive wave of circulation on X (Twitter).
After later realizing the post was fabricated, Loomer responded on the social media platform once more.
“It appears that the Letter saying Jimmy Carter has passed away is fabricated. Gross. Why would someone fabricate a letter saying a President died? I have deleted the letter and I’m keeping President Carter and his family in my prayers. People should not post death hoaxes,” she stated.
The Carter Center and former President Carter’s doctor have both confirmed that, although he is in poor health, he is still alive.
Carter has been receiving hospice care at his home in Plains, Georgia, since February 2023.
Reuters later reached out to the owner of the account who took credit for creating the letter, stating:
“I created it last night. The amount of misinformation which spread throughout the weekend surrounding the state of President Biden’s health was maddening…. I wanted to prove that many people on X often spread sensational news and headlines without actually fact checking or double checking the source content.”
Loomer has now been facing slight backlash after a slew of X users pointed out how “clearly fake” the letter seemed. Loomer has since deleted the post.
The fourth paragraph of the letter stated:
“At her passing last November, President Carter stated, ‘Rosalynn was a baddie. Jill, Melania, even throat goat Nancy Reagan had nothing on Rosalynn. She was the original Brat.”
The New York Post and Scripps News outlets also published articles on the fake letter before realizing their mistake.

Fixing the Military Requires a Dying Art Called 'Leadership'
On this Independence Day, we all know our military has been shattered into fragments of what it was back in the early 1990s, when it was the undisputed most lethal force on earth and certainly one of the greatest armies in human history. America’s victory in Desert Storm, nearly forgotten by a force now more concerned with the strategic threat allegedly posed by warm weather and with catering to the gender-delusional, was on par with the victories of Hannibal, Alexander, and Caesar. That’s no exaggeration. A Cold War military that spent decades ready to hold the Fulda Gap against the red hordes annihilated a nation’s entire military in 100 hours and barely broke a sweat. But today, our military is a disaster. It can’t win wars and it can’t even convince normal Americans to join or stay very long if they do. This disaster has to be undone, and only a Trump victory can do that. Another Biden term and it’s over, but after President Golem botched the debate we have a good chance of getting Trump 2.0 and a shot at rescuing our men and women in uniform from the Perfumed Princes of the Pentagon.
So, how do you go about fixing the Pentagon?
You start with leadership. Not just shinier stuff. Not smarter policies. Not better plans. Good, solid, old-fashioned leadership. That’s the key.
Yes, we have terrible procurement problems. Our equipment is aging, and we cannot seem to buy effective new gear for a reasonable price within a reasonable timeframe. And yes, we are a strategic mess, with a senior officer corps that has failed to grapple with our real enemies and instead focuses on the trendy boogeymen that terrify leftist civilian poobahs, like “extremism” and the climate hoax. But the most pressing issue our military faces is cultural. Without morale, and without a laser-focus on winning, you will fail. Our military today is less a military than a huge, woke HR department that occasionally drops bombs.
War is a people business. Our people are alienated. They feel abused and betrayed because they have been. They sense our strategic drift. They do not trust our uniformed leaders, and not unreasonably. The generals’ and admirals’ grotesque betrayal of the troops during COVID was a disaster, but that was only one of many failures. Getting our troops killed in Kabul – with no accountability for the people in charge might I add – was another. Whoever put our magnificent warriors at Abbey Gate under those conditions should be making big rocks into little rocks at Leavenworth, not enjoying a cush retirement gig on the board of some outfit like Boeing.
But heaven forbid a trooper misplace his M4 – now that’s a real crisis!
We need real military leadership again, starting at the top. We need a new commander-in-chief, but we also need a new Secretary of Defense, one who leads our military instead of managing it. He cannot be a bureaucrat cloistered in a fancy office in the Pentagon and hope to fix this mess. The Secretary of Defense, though a civilian, is in the chain of command, so he should command. He must get his intent out there in no uncertain terms. He must expect that his orders reforming the military be swiftly and efficiently carried out. And he must nuke any resistance he gets without hesitation or mercy.
A commander who doesn’t command is no commander. He’s a joke, a clown, a Vindman. We’ve had far too many of them in the officer corps for far too long.
The next Secretary of Defense must be a veteran, someone who has commanded soldiers in uniform. Certainly, the task facing the next Trump SecDef is a bit more complex than that of a new company or battalion commander taking command, but the principles of leadership are the same. You take “command.” You don’t take “suggestion.” You don’t take “go along, get along.” You take command.
You get one chance to set the tone. Go in soft, and ramping up is nearly impossible when you find people are not doing what you direct. Go in hard. Firm. Clear. Not jerky, not obnoxious. Too often bad leaders mistake angry and mean for clear and firm. The troops want a commander who takes charge and sets out a clear and commonsense intent to accomplish the mission. He must give the orders – not suggestions – to move the military toward his objective, a lethal combat-oriented force. The new SecDef needs to do that on Day One.
How does this work in practice? What does it look like at the Pentagon on Day One of the Second Trump administration?
He must immediately re-establish that the United States Armed Forces is a military organization and will function as such. This is a resource-tight environment – there’s no time or money for fluff or nonsense. Anything that does not go toward deterring or destroying America’s enemies must go. That’s the guiding principle, and he must take steps to implement that by making unequivocal changes to the current regime.
First, get rid of DEI. It’s done, over, gone. No more “X Month,” not more babble about how “diversity is our strength.” Our strength is our strength, meaning our ability to kill the enemy. The diversity pap posters come down, the civilian DEI personnel are terminated as excess, and any uniformed personnel in DEI slots are reassigned to real jobs. This will be accomplished in seven days; each joint chief will report personally to the SecDef that it has been done. When asked if his order has been carried out, the only acceptable answer is “Yes, sir.”
Some of those joint chiefs will be new because some are getting retired on Day One. They are lucky – in the future, fired generals and admirals will not be allowed to retire at their current rank. Relieved officers will be retired at the rank at which they last served satisfactorily, and that’s never the rank they held when they were fired. This innovative personnel management policy will work wonders to focus the attention and action of our senior military leaders.
Second, the priority is fighting and the skills that go along with fighting. No more climate hoax nonsense, no more babble about green tanks, no more non-military military education—the military academies and war colleges have lost their way. Their job is to turn out killers. Too often, they turn out woke losers. Fire the heads of all the service schools and replace them with new leaders who get that their mission is to churn out fighters, not schmoozers.
Third, rebuild the trust the military lost because of its COVID policies and the pandemic of toxic leaders at the unit level. Focus on unit-level leadership. Make it clear that the noncommissioned officer corps is the backbone of the military – it’s what made our military work back when it did work. There is such thing as “NCO business” that officers should have no part of – officers don’t know how to conduct sergeant’s business, and when they try, they not only screw up but they tell their NCOs that they don’t trust them. The SecDef’s choice – he must make it his choice – for the senior enlisted advisor to the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (SEAC) is a critical one. The SecDef should snag the SEAC from the chairman and keep him close by his side as his personal sanity tester and bullSchiff detector.
He must rebuild the officer corps. Too often, our troops see not warfighters but timeservers and ticket-punchers in command who chose their careers over taking care of their troops. That needs to end. Not everyone is fit to be a commander even if they hold the required rank – the formal board system to assign officers to command slots has failed. The new SecDef must take a hands-on approach to pick aggressive, capable future leaders within the force as George Marshall did with his legendary notebook of officers to watch. Scrap the boards and have the SecDef and his designees manage the officer corps directly. Personnel is policy. The SecDef must pick his team down to the O5 (lieutenant colonel and Navy commander) level. Some will call subjective assignments unfair; what’s unfair is saddling our troops with commanders who look good on paper but can’t lead or fight.
The bureaucracy will attempt to bury the SecDef in the bowels of the Pentagon so it can co-opt him using the mushroom treatment – keep him in the dark and feed him manure. He must physically break out of there and reserve blocks of time to visit the field. He should start Day One by walking the Pentagon halls and dropping in on his troops – it’s called “leadership by walking around,” and it works.
He needs to make short-notice trips to see what’s really happening elsewhere. “Ladies and gentlemen, this afternoon I am flying to – let’s see – how about Newport News to look at ships? I want a helicopter on the pad in an hour. Don’t tell the base commander. It’ll be a surprise.” And then he needs to go, along with some Navy subject matter expert straphangers, and ask questions like, “Admiral, why is that destroyer covered in rust instead of gleaming? Wait, let me ask your second-in-command because he’s now in charge since you are relieved.”
The SecDef cannot be everywhere, so he needs personal representatives outside of Pentagon channels to visit bases to find out the ground truth in the field and reinforce the SecDef’s intent. They should be pairs of retired senior officers and senior noncommissioned officers. Having NCO participation is critical. Private Jones knows the real story but he won’t tell some retired colonel. He will tell a retired first sergeant. These Special Representatives of the Secretary of Defense will be his independent eyes and ears. They need a travel budget and the credentials that make clear that they are present on the SecDef’s personal behalf. After the first general who tells the SecDef’s reps they can’t come onto his airbase gets relieved, that will be the end of the overt resistance.
But there will be covert resistance to the SecDef’s reforms. That’s why he must trim the Pentagon’s bloated civilian staff starting Day One. There is a lot of talk about how you cannot fire civil service personnel. That’s not so – you just have to do it right. And you don’t necessarily need to fire them – you can solve the problem by transferring them. Elmendorf Air Force Base in Alaska will get a bunch of new civilian workers. But mostly you have to work the system. Fire them or move them and then let them fight it. By the time their case is resolved, the SecDef will be retired and the lazy civil servant will be old.
There are many specific things the new SecDef must do, but a single general one. He must lead. This next Secretary of Defense cannot be a bureaucrat and hope to fix the primary problem with our military – the fact that it has stopped functioning like a military. This is why we fail to win wars. This is why our enlistees and junior officers leave the service. This is why vets dissuade young people from joining. We definitely cannot have another failure like Robert McNamara or Mark Esper. But we also do not necessarily need a George Patton or a Douglas MacArthur. Another George Marshall or Dwight Eisenhower, commanders who commanded without fanfare, would be great. Regardless, we need a real leader in the Pentagon. And starting Day One of Trump 2.0, he needs to lead.
