बालिका का शव निकाल पोस्टमार्टम कर फिर दफनाया - अपहरण व बलात्कार के बाद बालिका की हत्या प्रकरण - आरोपी मामा गिरफ्तार, परिजन को कुछ और लोगों के शामिल होने का संदेह जोधपुर/आगोलाई. पुलिस व प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों ने अपहरण व बलात्कार के बाद हत्या की शिकार होने वाली बालिका का शव बुधवार को झंवर थाना क्षेत्र के एक गांव में जमीन से बाहर निकलवाया और मौके पर ही मेडिकल बोर्ड से पोस्टमार्टम करवा फिर से दफन करवा दिया। उधर, मण्डली थाना पुलिस ने रिश्ते में मामा को गिरफ्तार किया। झंवर थानाधिकारी परमेश्वरी ने बताया कि एसडीएम से अनुमति लेने के बाद शाम को श्मशानस्थल में जमीन में गड़ा शव बाहर निकलवाया गया। दो महिला चिकित्सक के साथ तीन सदस्यों के मेडिकल बोर्ड से श्मशानस्थल में ही पोस्टमार्टम कराया गया। पोस्टमार्टम के बाद शव फिर से दफना दिया गया। इस दौरान लूनी एसडीएम गोपाल परिहार, महिला लैंगिक अपराध रोकथाम सैल (बाड़मेर) सीमा चोपड़ा, मण्डली थानाधिकारी नरपतदान व झंवर थानाधिकारी परमेश्वरी मौजूद रहे। मण्डली थानाधिकारी नरपतदान ने बताया कि प्रकरण में नामजद आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है। एफआइआर में एक व्यक्ति पर ही आरोप है। आरोपी से पूछताछ की जा रही है। आरोपी पीडि़त बालिका के रिश्ते में मामा लगता है। गौरतलब है कि झंवर थाना क्षेत्र की सात वर्षीय बालिका का गत ७ अगस्त की रात मण्डली थाना क्षेत्र स्थित ननिहाल से अपहरण कर लिया गया था। बलात्कार के बाद हत्या कर शव ननिहाल के बाहर छोड़ दिया गया था। शव को ८ अगस्त को झंवर थाना क्षेत्र के पैतृक गांव लाकर दफना दिया गया था। बालिका के पिता ने मंगलवार को रिश्ते में साले के खिलाफ एफआइआर दर्ज करवाई थी। दिनभर इंतजार, शाम को कार्रवाई, परिजन में रोष पुलिस ने मंगलवार शाम को ही श्मशान में शव दफनाने वाले स्थान पर पुलिस तैनात कर दी थी। परिजन व ग्रामीण सुबह मौके पर एकत्रित हुए। मुख्यमंत्री दौरे के बाद पुलिस अधिकारी भी वहां आए। फिर बोर्ड गठित किया गया। शाम को महिला चिकित्सक मौके पर पहुंची। सुबह से खड़े परिजन व ग्रामीणों ने रोष व्यक्त किया। वारदात में और भी आरोपी होने का संदेह उधर, परिजन ने प्रकरण में और आरोपियों के भी शामिल होने का संदेह व्यक्त किया। उन्होंने मामले की निष्पक्ष जांच की मांग की। via Dailymotion https://ift.tt/31FBFVW
