I started reading fanfic when I was 10ish, because I saw my older sister do it, so I wanted to too. She set me up on fanfiction.net, Harry Potter,set to k, and I haven't stopped since. What has stopped since then, is that people have stopped talking about the Lily/James pairing, you know, LJ.

i relate to this because for awhile i assumed oh they just mean they’d put them both in boats and they’d meet halfway

#fanfiction #livejournal #i think it took me a few years to figure it out lol #you see kids back in the olden days there was a 150 character summary limit #so there was no spelling of pairing names it was acronyms baby #hphg hpdm lejp etc #also people were bad at sorting fics #i distinctly remember a fic that sounds like a fever dream when i describe it #it was a hp/dm eggpreg fic where draco is keeping the magical egg that will let them have a baby in the fridge but harry accidentally ate it #it was weird
