Reposted from @hoyleworks Sometimes the challenge comes from a seemingly simple request. This is one of those challenging tasks. After a few attempts of tackling this knife sheath the solution came to mind when cleaning up in my shop. The wood lathe that my grandfather willed to me stood glaring me in the face. After some quick measurements and the acquisition of a hefty piece of dowel a mold was turned and this project was brought back to life. This knife is a hefty piece, made from a solid length of steel and, carrying a 9" triangle twisted blade this thing is no joke. Our sheath is made from coyote brown and black Kydex this color combo and the 50/50 split design allows for mounting with either color facing out making for a true universal mounted option. It is ready to mount in several ways with several mounting eyelet utilizing a .75" and 1.5" hole pattern. This allows for paracord lashings or anything with the previous mentioned hole pattern. It's shipping out with 2 @bladetechholsters molle-locs. And a little extra hardware to boot. Reposted from @hoyleworks Continuing the customers orders for the day theme the picture roll has lead us to this little number. Anyone that knows us they know that revolvers are a part of us. This comp/combat holster was requested to be acceptive to the customers current mount, a @bladetechholsters drop duty mount. This holster was built around a @smithandwessoninc 686 using basketweave on the outside and EMT red for the interior. This drop leg and double magazine carrier, both for @glockinc G17, rig went over to our dear friend Al Cornelius over at @saberteamtactical by special request. It's our comp/combat holster built with coyote brown outside with black inside. This color combo really makes a clear but subtle statement that is of it's own elegance.
