biscuits topped with honey butter!
#i love biscuits#however it is really annoying to have to use plant butter (it's cheaper than regular butter sighs) bc of its low melting point#it's naturally a lot softer than normal butter which is a real pain when it comes to making delicate things like pastry/biscuits#so i cubed it and put it in the freezer for like 30 mins#had to work fast so it wouldn't soften during the cutting and folding and shaping process
