AITA for yelling at my coworkers?

I (AdultM) work for a media company. We have had a few pretty popular shows, nothing major, but we were losing money for a while.

Our entire base of operations is- well, its an abandoned mall. Wild animals get in, lights and stuff fall from the ceiling, there's a suspiciously human shaped hole in one of the walls- it's not great.

Our boss is- an odd lady. She is doing a bunch of strange experiments with some of the crew, I'm pretty sure that's where the majority of our budget is going actually, but I can't really interfere. She's scary.

I have a teen son as well, who was recently hired at the media company I work at. I did not like this idea at all, but it had to happen. He's on a one year contract, and he seems really popular, but with everything going on, it's just stressing me out. It's not safe to work here and.

Things have been awkward between us since my wife died from covid around a year ago- he's been different, but I have no idea why. He seems upset.

I have a lot of stressing things around me, I often snap and yell at my employees and coworkers. I yell about things like my son, and there's all sort of discontent about wages and working conditions. Like, one of the actors came up to me recently and demanded to talk about stuff with me, and I ended up calling him an attention whore, he was being unreasonable for wanting a wage increase. Other things as well I think, I'm not sure.

We had a fight, didn't we? He told my son to open up to me, and I was furious that my son trusted that fucking employee with a secret more than me and. We fought, in the middle of a restaurant. We went to jail, and our boss bailed us out and

Fuck. I remember now. She- my boss- she was going to kill me. She said I was abusive to the employees, and a bad father and. Shit.

I didn't do any of that, I didn't deserve any of that, right? She- let me go, but, I wasn't a bad guy, I'm stressed!

Some of you might recall myself and @the-one-who-isnt-an-anon decided to do a little event, every day there isn't something being posted.

And with roughly 22 hours left until the poll ends, why not have the event now?

The event is an art prompt, to get our creative juices flowing while we anxiously await what lies ahead.

And today's prompt? "Anonsona's debating the best course of action for the current vote"!

You can draw your own sona or someone else's, lots of sona's or only one, or not partake at all! It's really up to you!

I'll be partaking and I'll be using the hashtag "HTFASJ ArtBreak Prompt", if any of you are interested in using it as well :).

Let's break this down. Take the mask means that he gets brainwashed, but is still alive. Fight for freedom means an incredibly high chance of death, getting revived and being brainwashed.

I would sincerely love for him to fight, but for his health it's likely better for him to be masked- although, he might not be able to hear us anymore then, and then we can't help him.

Masked is giving up for safety, fight is struggling till the bitter end.

Thinking about it, this is a little like the final vote in genloss. Live = Take the mask, Die = Fight for freedom.

If they live, they're stuck with no way out. If he takes the mask, he's stuck with no way.

If they die, they went down defying the fate being pushed on them. If he fights for freedom, he's using his willpower to defy the founder, and there's a small chance that Charlie and Ranboo reach him.

I'm trying to puzzle out themes here, hm.
