this is ok for me to say bc im indian myself but why the Fuck are they outsourcing my fucking job to indians. brother my parents immigrated here 30 years ago for me to have this opportunity you go back home and talk to your parents about why they didnt love you enough to do the same

#kidding obviously but stopppppp hiring artists from overseas hire ME #im RIGHT FUCKING HERE 😭#made the mistake of mentioning that to my folks and theyre like see this is why we are telling you to go work in india for a while #how many times must i explain the work conditions in india are dogshit #and also they are hiring people from india bc they dont demand competitive salaries lol #they usually do internal transfers and even when hiring outright #those artists dont ask for as high a wage as someone who is living in australia #or other western markets #like the fact of the matter is if you can get way more experienced artists for the same or lesser price ofc you would do that #but i cant ask for less bc im asking for fucking bare living minimum in this stupid ass country #anyway. whatever lol
