#how exactly do Kiteman and Captian Boomerang know each other

Today was Harry’s (the newsie that usually sells by Sam’s Deli) birthday so I took him over to Night Owl Cafe over by my apartment. Well Kiteman was there with Captain Boomerang who must of just gotten to Gotham considering the other newsies hadn’t mentioned him. Than Captain Boomerang walks over towards me and I stay completely calm but Harry starts eyeing the door. So long story short Captain Boomerang gives me a carved purple and blue boomerang to give to my grandma apologizing for missing her birthday and I had to explain to Harry why Captain Boomerang gave me a fucking fancy boomerang.
