menstruation is just an all-around bad experience there is no aspect of it that is even just remotely ok
#how do ppl with endo or pcos et al do Anything the normal package already sucks so much ass >:C#the focus is always on the cramps but honestly it is a full body experience and all of it is Bad#my favourite (sarcastic) are the contrary symptoms occurring together#like absolute famished hunger with the worst nausea you have ever had#the fatigue with the insomnia#the constipation until it isn't and immediately becomes diarrhea#I could go on#point is I hate it every aspect of it I hate so damn much grrrrr
