So many milestones happened today! I lost 4 more lbs this week, making me 31 lbs away from my ultimate goal weight. I officially am a size 12! I fit into a large at Express! But the cherry on top was that a jogged an entire mile non stop and now have a new best time! Seriously was looking at myself in the mirror like, I love this woman! She never quit!
