It could also be that the controversy between Stolas and Blitz was more because Stolas was Goetia- who's entire personality has been classism and snobbiness so far. Even if the Goetia don't marry for love, they'd still at least expect a politically or financially beneficial relationship. The Sins of hell represent their respective themes; Lust, for example, has nothing to do with classism, Ozzy doesn't even mention class, he just picks their relationship apart in a way that was embarrassing for Stolas (Loosing his family and reputation to "get it up"), and even then, he seemed to already know that Stella and Stolas were separated, just not WHY, and ended it shouting " YOU SOLD YOUR LIFE FOR A THRUUUST. NOW THAT"S THE SPIRIT OF LUHUHUUSST~~~" and just moves on. Stolas isn't gonna argue with a Deadly Sin. He doesn't even stand up to the Goetia until after him and Stella's divorce becomes more heated.

Beelzabub's also a Sin, like Ozzy. And she could be in a similar boat to Ozzie and Fizz, where the more romantic side of their relationship takes a backseat in public to more expected interactions like managing a party and having fun on a dance floor.

Plus there were only Imps and Hellhounds there, it could be that no one who'd have power over them is there to make a problem out of it. Even Stolas has been openly flirting with Blitz throughout all corners of Hell, and only worried when a demon higher than him was there. Not even Stella necessarily makes him worry, when she's berating him about it he responds apathically, "I didn't have time to go to a motel" and just sighs it off. Until Ozzies, it was only equal or lower demons around, and only Stella and Ozzy ever fussed about it, not even Andrelaphus(?) mentions the fact that Stolas specifically slept with an Imp. Stolas doesn't even seem to actually care that the Goetia know. The divorce seems more controversial than the affair itself at this point.

episode 8 question

So I have question that might be stupid but I am curious.  In Helluva boss it is know that is it taboo/strange/not ok for royals to date imps or other low ranking demon but then in episode 8 it is confirm the Beelzebub, a princess, is dating Vortex a heck-hound.  

I thought hounds were lower then imps in ranking so, why does it seem like not a big deal that they are dating?

  Is it because heck hounds are common in her own ring so it is accepted.  It is not open or real?  I am a bit confused.  I assume it is because vortex is from gluttony and she rules gluttony but I wanted to see if there are any clearer answers.
