When I showed up on the street this morning, none of the chairs or umbrellas or people were out; when I went back for lunch it was super crowded, and I was pleased I'd made a reservation but also delighted to see the absolute masses of people out on the street enjoying food and shopping and chatting (you can't see the three-piece jazz trio busking nearby but I have video I may be able to share later).

While I suspect the Kosher offerings in Rome are very limited, in this particular street they're also off the chain:

And the line you see in this photograph, with all the people holding umbrellas, is to get into the Pasticceria Boccione, where I got breakfast this morning. I just walked on in; apparently I went at the right time, because every time I've passed it since it's been like this.
