okay but like it would have been fun had kirby been ghostface.
paramount+ has given up on me suddenly so I've only been able to watch a tiny bit of scream 6 so far.
#🐇#when they announced she was coming back I was hoping that's what would have happened#that was.....something#like okay most of the movie I was like wow! this is actually way better than five! but then ending was fucking insane#there was plenty of cringe ass scenes throughout but I could ignore them. like I don't think gale should have been in this one at all#and I get why like it was to make people think she'd die but they didn't do enough with her to make her being in it worth it and I'm glad#sidney was left out because I feel like her story is done like she can move on. but the scene where she avoided the punch was INSANE like#lmfao that was so stupid she got punched once almost 30 years ago so now she's just ready for it?? idk I've never really cared for gale so#whatever. the ghostfaces however is where my feelings become complicated. I loved how simple and brutal the kills were. the bodega scene#was great. the twist of killing of quinn was inspired. the gag of how sick it was that bailey was helping the gang the entire film only to#be a ghostface was great! and then.....like ethan was there too or whatever. but in the grand scheme the reveal was really lame! like who#cares about richie? I get it they're copying the second movie but the second movie had to be rewritten because of leaks and that ending#wasn't a good one! so why copy it? there's also a level of attachment you had to billy to make mrs loomis being the killer have weight to#it. no one gives a shit about amber and richie and then on top of it they all became so annoying I again checked out of the monologue. and#like dermont mulroney is a pretty good actor so for it to be that bad really says something you know? I also love that they're acting like#being a serial killer is like diabetes and you can inherit the gene lmfao like I do think that angle is sort of interesting but it's done#horribly.
