-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- As mentioned before, Tokisada has the particularity to have been born with only one ear. However, the reason behind this is unknown. This didn’t stop his parents for loving him deeply. They were even so close and attentive to their son that it was really hearthwarming.
Of course, at first, he could only partially hear, since he almost doesn’t hear from his right side, but he enhanced his other senses to cope with this disability. He also got used to hear less than the average people.
This missing ear is also the main reason why he has long hair at the front of his face, and more importantly, why he always wears the Cloths head protectors. He hides it so his opponents doesn’t know about his disability and use it as an advantage. He doesn’t really like to show it anyway.
- Despite being at first on Mars and Medea’s side, Tokisada wasn’t really a bad guy to begin with : he just obeyed to the people that are in higher ranks than him because he respected them.
Yes he disrepects the First Ranked Pallasites in Season 2, but that’s because he wasn’t really himself anymore.
- When he was freed from Hyôga’s Freezing Coffin by his younger sister Tokisaki, he learns the truth from her because she wanted to save him and to prove that her brother wasn’t evil.
Thanks to Amor, she knew that the Cloth that was inside the Aquarius Cloth was a masquerade created by Medea. All of that so Tokisada will relentlessly try to overcome it because it was testing him until he reached his limits, and therefore will stay by her side forever. Of course, like every other Gold Saints that were on her side, she will more likely use them as her own puppets and betrays them when she’ll believe they are useless (the only one that didn’t receive that treatment was Schiller because he was killed by Yuna before she could do this to him).
So, yeah. She pretty much choose to try and curse Tokisada for the rest of his life. However, when Genbu battled Tokisada, the Libra Gold Saint seems to have been able to lift the curse away from the Aquarius Gold Cloth. He thought while battling him that it was the curse that made him reckless and everything (and he was right !) But Tokisada woke up and his eyes turned red, being once again able to use his time powers despite his Cosmo having reached it’s limits during the battle he just lost. The reason behind that is because the curse may have left the Aquarius Gold Cloth, but it literally got into Tokisada.
So yeah, it was the curse that turned Tokisada into a ruthless man that wanted to dominate the World. Saturn knew that and used this as an advantage to have him and his abilities on his side.
- When Tokisaki saved her dear brother, she immediatly noticed that he was different, or should we say not the same anymore, just by looking at his eyes. All eyes shines with a beautiful white, but Tokisada’s purple eyes doesn’t shine anymore. Back when he was a Silver Saint, his eyes used to shine. Now they look almost...empty.
Moreover, when Genbu, and mostly Hyôga, told her what he said about the Aquarius Gold Cloth, she knew her brother would never say that if he was himself, as he respects the Gold Saints and their Cloths since they are the Elite of Athena’s Saints. In reality, he would NEVER dare to insult them like that.
- When he finally recovered from the Freezing Coffin, his eyes started to shine again : that’s because he was helped by most of the other Gold Saints and his more violent and sarcastic is less and less present as time flies. It will never leave him, as it is now “carved” in his chest forever,
- Eventually, he will have the Aquarius Gold Cloth back and fulfill his duties as a Saint of Athena. He will even manage to learn ice moves like the previous Aquarius Gold Saints. And believe me, combining this with his manipulation over time can be very deadly, to say the least.

Does anybody know if there’s an official - or fan-made but accurate - list of how Kurumada ranked the constellations among the Saints?
I mean... theory wants that there’s a Saint for each constellation - which means 88 people, divided by three ranks. We know for sure that the twelve Zodiac constellations are the Gold ones, and that’s all good. But what about Silvers and Bronzes? The only Bronze Saints we’re sure of are just eleven (the five protagonists, the five Losers and June); the Lost Canvas didn’t add any new Bronze Saint if I remember correctly, and neither did Next Dimension. Omega is a bit of a mess in that sense so I don’t know how to consider that, Saintia Sho added Dolphin, Equuleus, Ursa Minor, Corona Borealis and Cassiopeia to the list; I think there’s a Lynx Bronze Saint in Episode G? In any case, they’re quite scarce, only 17. It doesn’t make much sense to me that ALL THE REST are Silvers, I mean, that’s not how an army works - the hierarchy’s supposed to thin in numbers the higher you get!
The Classic showed us Ophiuchus, Eagle, Lizard, Whale, Canes Venatici, Heracles, Musca, Canis Maior, Auriga, Centaurus, Sagitta, Lyra, Perseus, Crow, Cepheus and Cerberus (which is actually an old constellation but I can totally accept it to get off of that air pump constellation I’m not kidding). If we add Altar and Crane from Lost Canvas, Orion, Southern Cross, Scutum and Pavo from Saintia Sho, and Crater from Next Dimension, we get to 23 - and if I remember correctly they should be 24. Number that gets surpassed if we add the Silver Saints of Omega that weren’t on the list already (Caelum, Camelopardalis, Bootes, Reticulum and Horologium? Was Tokisada a Silver?).
Point is, is there a list? Did Kurumada consider just the modern constellations or did he just go with the feel without any sense? How much can we rely on the spin-offs for rankings?!

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- She is Tokisada’s little sister, who inherited his Silver Cloth.
- She is 20 years of age and she absolutely admire her brother. She is also said to be a very calm and serious individual.
- Just like her brother, she was born and grow up in Japan, which is their father’s birth place as well. However, their mother Bellanca is of Greek origin.
- When she became an adult, she followed her brother’s steps and will live in Greece, their mother’s country.
- Exactly like her brother, her name reminds of her powers, which is control over time. We don’t know the extent of her powers, but it’s probably not as high as her brother.
-She will inherit the Horologium Cloth right after her brother Tokisada was promoted as the new Aquarius Gold Saint. In fact, he designated Tokisaki as his successor for the Cloth as soon as he got it. That speaks facts.
- As soon as she knew what has happened with her brother ever since he got the Aquarius Gold Cloth, she knew that it wasn’t normal : it wasn’t like him to go this harsh and without thinking much. Yes he wanted to be stronger, but not this way : it was to protect his family.
- She will eventually meet Genbu, the Libra Gold Saint, who faced Tokisada. He then told her that there was a curse on the Cloth. Thanks to that info, she immediately knew it was the curse that caused this complete change in her brother’s behaviour.
However, Genbu will retorqued that he lifted the curse after he defeated him.
- She will also meet Amor, who will tell her about his older sister Medea, who is a literal witch, and he wouldn’t be surprised that the curse she put in the Cloth could have literally entered his body, to a point where it could have turn into a mental illness.
- Upon meeting Hyôga, she will learn the whereabouts of her brother and how he insulted the Aquarius Gold Saint. For her this was the last straw that pulls the camels back : she knew he would never dare to say such things, as he truly respects the Gold Saints. Thankfully, she will later find him imprisoned in the Freezing Coffin. With the help of Ionia, who was Tokisada’s mentor, they will ultimately free him from the coffin.
- She will always stays by her brother’s side after his “descend into madness”. She took care of him when he was down ; since he was stuck in this ice prison for God knows how long, he was in a coma state. She even helped him through his reeducation as it took him quite some time to walk again.
- The doctors said it was unlikely for Tokisada to fully heal from his mental disease, but deep down she believes in her brother and she is very loving towards him and her family. She knows that he will fight it and will try his best.
- Thanks to her efforts, the Gold Saints were able to see the good in him and Athena gave him back the Aquarius Gold Cloth. He will get along with pretty much everyone, except Harbinger maybe, who loves to tease him everytime.
- Thanks to that, the Gold Saints also highly respects her and they even considers her as their pars, despite still being a Gold Saint. Tokisada also stated that he couldn’t be more proud of his little sister.
- She will even grow found of the Virgo Gold Saint, Fudô, and they will have 4 children in the future : a son and 3 daughters to be precise.
- With their old and new family, they will live half time in Athens, and half time in Kyoto, Japan.
