Here I am, roller skating with my son Jordan. He requested to go roller skating on our Daddy, son time, so off we went. I was just hoping I didn't pull a muscle and fortunately for me, I didn't. We didn't skate fast, we just went around slowly and talked. Sometimes, I know I'm too hard on him and I'm starting to recognise this, alot better and I'm trying to be a better Father. He's a really good kid, with a really good heart. I love him so much and only want the best for him and sometimes I get too emotional, to be rational. He's not a basketball nut like I am. He doesn't like music, like I do. He's not really into any sports, that I like. He has different interests and that's ok with me. He's unique, as he should be. He is the person he is today, because he is an individual and I wouldn't want to change him, for the world. We might not have similar interests but it doesn't actually matter, whether we do or not. We both love hanging out with each other, when we do get to hang out and we both wholely and unconditionally love each other. As a kid, I wasn't really use to hugs or verbally saying "I love you" to anyone in my family. I decided to change that cycle, when Jordan was born. When I could, I'd hugged him, like there was no tomorrow. I tell him I love him whenever I see him or talk to him over the phone, which I do often. I haven't always been the best Father but I'm working on becoming a better Father, for him. Everything I'm doing with my online business, it's because of and for my JJJ's. I'm trying to build a legacy for them, so that if I'm not around, anymore, the JJJ's have a residual income to draw from, should anything happen to me. He's been the best son, any Father could ask for and lucky for me, he's my son.
