it was companionship that she felt with the other woman, not that aoko is the most extroverted person ever. it just helped that ritsuka was incredibly friendly. she was a master, yes, but aoko never felt anything intimidating with them. this sort of meetup could bring her into some sense of normalcy in her life.
being ripped away from everything you know and meeting a person who could be considered normal, this was a breath of fresh air.
"so, what kind of fun is there to do here ritsuka? i can't imagine being stuck on this island would be considered vacation for some."

it sounded like a good plan. noticing the ships in the distance, there must be some supplies that were left by crew members. silently wondering what happened to the rest of the crew, would the both of them encounter skeletal remains then? "you must be well versed in survival, i'm impressed!"
"then let me extend my gratitude towards you! everything you have done for her...thank you." if they weren't stuck on an island, then maybe they could talk more about her master's time in spirale. but that this moment...it would be best to converse about such topics at a later date.
"well then, shall we be going?"
shelter and food were top priorities so that was a plan Ritsuka could get behind easily enough. a chance for relaxation and games could come after that was secured. nodding, she slides and hopes off from her post easily enough, thankful that she had the knowledge to don one of her more tropical mystic codes. " We should look inside some of the wreckages. One may work for shelter but if not, I'm sure we can find some wood and old sails to use to help build one."
as long as she remembers how Mashu and the other Servants used to construct them. but her survival skills were something that could easily be considered top tier at this point in her life.
" Ah, you mean Hakuno?" who else? " Yes. We're very good friends. We've been through a lot together here" as macabre as it is, fighting and dying together can be something that could strengthen any bond.

Having changed into a more suitable set of clothes and Akuto Bita tucked away in her pocket, Nanami left her home and wandered around Fibonacci. Being a Ward of almost nothing but skyscrapers, she kept her eyes planted on the roads ahead at ground-level. Her phone had detected a signal close by, one of several. There was a dull throb from within each of her knees as her steps toward the closest wire grew, but she paid them no mind.It would take some getting used to feeling like her old self.
If this plan worked out, she wouldn’t have to worry about it anymore and Shichika would be one sword richer for his collection.
A deserted plaza was what awaited her at the end of her walk. As NULL had said, there was a small pit that rested in the center of the area. With no one around, Nanami put her phone away and trudged over to the hole. Plopping herself in a kneeling position that would let her survey most of the place, she started her waiting game.
As it turned out, she only had to wait 10 minutes before someone finally showed themselves.
“...Do you need something? Or are you only passing through?“ she called out, still seated upon the concrete. “I’m busy with something, so I can’t offer much.”

“Oh, Master! I knew you would show up eventually! Have you seen Mashu yet? She must be ecstatic.”
In truth, Nobunaga was pleased to see her Master as well. It had been quite some time since they’d met and she had begun to worry about the other. The last thing she recalled, of course, was that bemusing ‘Demon God’ fiasco, after all. For all Nobu knew, her Master had died. Which would have made her continued existence difficult to comprehend. Not that this city made sense to her anyways.
“So what brings you here today, Master? Have you come seeking the great Oda Nobunaga’s guidance in this troubling time?”
...Hadn’t Nobu ran up to her, though?

❝You look exhausted.❞ Hitoshi points out in spite of the fact that he looks just as tired himself. He knows he should have kept that thought locked up in his mind but keeping quiet hasn’t been helping him in trying to stay awake. Some loud kids playing badminton nearby or the obnoxious chatter of families and friends having a great time on their picnic mats should have been good enough to keep him attentive and focused on this English essay he’s been working on. But sleep has been weighing on his eyelids with every passing second.
Even agreeing to let a stranger share the shade of the tree behind him should have kept him up given that the presence of another person nearby keeps him alert but it appears he’s more tired than he initially thought.

CONFUSION WAS HER FIRST THOUGHT. summoned unto a foreign island, parted from the one who brought her very existence into being, all whilst she was so busy laying waste to a country---no, a world---that deserved to be purged for all its sins. yet perhaps it is more astounding that golden eyes fall upon red locks of hair, tied halfway so innocently, belonging to none other than the girl who wishes to stop the vengeance she will make come to fruition without doubt. sas this place a mere pocket, too? somewhere she was sent to level for the reckoning, with this meddlesome master returning to stop her. ah, she can only imagine that may be the case, stepping forward with a only the slightest hint of a twisted smile upon pale features.
❝ Oh? You are here, too, then? My, my... maybe I shouldn’t be surprised. Seeing such a pathetic master who thinks she can stop my crusade. Fufu... can you even stop it now? After all, even if we are not in the singularity anymore... this place might as well be out of God’s favor, too, if I am here. Fufufu.... ❞

to somehow drift on an deserted island, how did saber end up here? was this perhaps the stars little 'events' that they pull on their citizens? interesting, she has never experienced such a phenomenon before. she wonders if everyone on spirale is quite used to such shenanigans happening. at least she materialized on a beach of sorts.
noticing the other woman speaking to her, nero feels some sort of familiarity with her. she wonders if this was a former master from moon cell that she cannot remember.
"it might be wise to look for supplies before making shelter and maybe then we could hunt for some food," even with her many achievements in life, survival is one of them. maybe not on a deserted island, but there's a first time for everything.
"you...you are a friend of my beloved praetor, yes?" if that is the case, then protecting the orange-haired girl would be nero's top priority.
" Drake would love this, I think. Maybe Jason, too, even if all he'd do is complain." there is a certain fondness in her voice as she observes one of the remains of a shipwreck. it's impossible to stop her thoughts from drifting back to Atlantis and then even further, to the very beginning almost. Ritsuka had no expected to be hit with such nostalgia in her exploration of these islands but....she can't say she hates it. it was good to reminisce. a way to keep the good memories fresh and alive. her gaze drifts to a certain red Saber who also ended up on the island with her and the mage's smile widens without much thought.
it may not be the Nero of Chaldea, but Ritsuka saw no reason as to treat her like anything but a friend. after all, Hakuno had asked her to help her out. and that's a promise she inteded to keep no matter what.
" So, what should we do? Sacvenge the wreckage for some supplies? Go fishing? Build some shelter?"
