He contemplates banning Sasuke from his nest as a punishment, but he doesn't actually have the heart to follow through.

Itachi would definitely fall in love with a caregiver alpha though. Also, if they knew each other since children, Sasuke was a notoriously picky baby about who he let hold him, so being given the green light for alpha to hold him makes Itachi trust them a lot.

It's honestly so cute if Sasuke loves Itachi's crush, and it makes Itachi so happy to see! Even if happy Sasuke is just as much of a cockblock as angry Sasuke XD

I would like to make another headcanon request for Kokushibo, Hantengu and Kaigaku with a reader who's blind. They could see when they were much younger, but now most of their vision is lost, and they have difficulty navigating at night. At first they didn't even recognized the other as a demon but were very accepting when they found out. Now they hate to be away from their demon partner and would rather spend every minute with them. I can also see them utilizing their condition to lure in victims (by asking for help) for their demon to eat.

Hantengu | Kaigaku | Kokushibo [X Reader]

In which their s/o is blind, and helps them lure humans in for eating.

Hantengu

Ever since he met you, alone and lost, he felt pity that you had been left to nothing for something out of your control

Of course, you were just like him, so he would protect you if it meant protecting his own ego

But you were so kind, and you didn't say anything cruel or judgemental to him, he could go as far as to say you depend on him

He liked that a lot, it made him feel special

Being apart of him, the clones didn't touch you either, either amused by your lack of sight, feeling pity, overtaken by anger at those who wronged you, or liking having something so new around

Fortunately all their eyes were different, save for Hantengu and Sekido, so it was easy to tell them apart if not for their personalities

In no way was the Upper four weak, but sometimes he was a bit...scared

He noticed how you attracted people to him, and how easy it was for him to kill once secluded

So you did it more so he could kill, instead of his clones

You empowered him and all of his egos, fueled him and made him far more powerful

God forbid someone you're luring try to harm you, they'd be dead before they can even realise what's happening, and left to rot

Him and the clones don't find trash all that delicious

Kaigaku

He found you quite pathetic all things considered

Lost with no one around, stumbling and trying to find some kind of light so you could gather your bearings

Those electric blue eyes of his, they pulled you into a false sense of hope

But through your words, so unknowing of who he was, you convinced him to humour you for awhile, as if playing a game

Kaigaku gets attached similar to how you do, but far more possessive and jealous

In a messed up way he likes that you can't see well because it means you'll only ever know him best

The fact that only he can protect you and keep you safe gives him a superiority complex, but he rarely beats down onto you about it

Your kindness is hard to combat, but he does act like he hates it

In his months as a demon, it was hard to find people to kill without making a scene, and when you saw him starving like that, you convinced yourself you could bring someone back

And with a false story about someone robbing you, three men were lured into your shared home for the slaughter

He kept it clean so you wouldn't get sick- not that you'd really notice- and since then encouraged the behaviour

Once he heard a group of people bullying you for falling in mud after you slipped

It was the only time he decided to make a real mess, leaving trails of organs across the street for all to see

You had to move but he found a better place anyways

Kokushibo

Kokushibo can be very quiet, so when you call out to him or he feels the need to say something, it usually scares you half to death

Once caught your arm moments from hitting him because you felt something on your neck and figured it was an insect- it was his breath

Tends to be unhelpful because he wants you to adapt as much as you can, and to remain independent

But on the rare occasion he'll allow you to cling to his sleeve and step slowly through darkened places

Might let you get minor injuries from walking into things but he would never allow you to gain a scar

The first time you lured someone, it was an accident

He had left without telling you, and in a panic you yelled out for him while falling

A hunter heard this and came to your aid, but Kokushibo had them handled moments before they even touched you

It happened mostly by accident

But if he was ever weakened, upset, or having trouble getting someone from a crowd?

He'll just say he needs a favour, and then leave you stranded in the street until someone comes prancing

If anyone does the opposite of helping and tries to harass you, he'll make sure their death is prolonged

Consider a thousand deep-ish wounds, so they can bleed out till morning

Authors Note - Honestly so rare for a Kaigaku request which makes me sad cuz ahhh I love him! He's really great and deserves more fanfics... But thank you for coming back Shrew (if i can call you that), your last request was such a hit I think ive written 2-3 extra requests off of it already haha!

It's late at night at a bar in Epsilon, the home of the Masked Fools. The sound of laughter, the pouring of alcohol, and the songs of bards fill the air. Bright, warm lights, coupled with the darkness of night outside, create a beautiful balance.

You laugh at one of your fellow masked followers' jokes, leaning on Sampo as you sip at your preferred drink. Your lover in question is prattling on to another follower, retelling the story of Belobog and the Astral Express in a far more entertaining and dramatic fashion.

You'd love to live in this moment forever, basking in the blessings of the Elation. However, you were still only human, and the hours without sleep were beginning to get to you.

But you weren't one to ruin the joy of others on your account. A simple nap would do. Just a few minutes, and you'd be back on your feet with everyone else. Just a few... minutes...

Behind your mask, your eyelids drooped, and your head lolled onto Sampo's shoulder. Soon enough, five minutes turned to ten, and ten into twenty.

"Huh? Oh," Sampo laughed when he saw you dozing off on him, his chest rumbling with his laughter. "Would you look at that."

In one fell swoop, he swept you into his arms, and stood up from the table. He does it so easily, it's almost like second nature to him. Meanwhile, you are none the wiser, lost in your own dreamland.

"Well, it seems our night together is coming to an end, my good friends!" he declared, keeping his voice loud and joyful, but not too loud that you would awaken. He bows the best he can with you in his arms, careful not to drop you. "Let's continue this tale another time, yeah?"

He only chuckled when his friends jokingly boo him, sauntering off as they ushered him away. Using his foot to open the door, Sampo finds that the outside is much quieter than the roars of the tavern. Much more peaceful, he muses.

As he headed towards your shared inn, your head bumped against his chest, jolting you awake. You yawned in his embrace, stretching.

"Sampo..?" you said drowsily, blinking deliriously at him from behind your mask. "Where... are we?"

"We're just about headed home," he replies, grinning down at you with that cheeky smile of his. You don't know how he did it, but he'd already removed his mask. Why he didn't remove yours, you didn't care to find out.

"Mm." You hummed, curling into yourself to snuggle closer against his chest. "You didn't have to leave, you know."

"Yeah," Sampo agreed, "but how could I leave my little angel to sleep in such a loud place? Just isn't right."

You laughed, the sound warming Sampo's heart. "You're so sweet."

"Aren't I?" Sampo chuckled. "Make sure to tell the guys and girls over at Belobog that, won't you?"

"I always do." You let out another yawn, closing your eyes once again. Sampo wanted to protest, but you were already knocked out. He sighed to himself, smiling fondly as he arrived at the inn.

"You are so high maintenance sometimes, you know that?" he said to no one in particular, not really meaning what he said. "Eh, whatever. Still love you though."

He is impressed by the way you can be a box of surprises when you want. Especially because of your potential. Knowing that you have the power to become a hollow is something he didn't expect but it makes him alert when you do. He's afraid that you'll lose control of the transformation or that you won't make a distinction as to who is who and end up attacking him by mistake. Which is something he can't say when you're in human form, where he feels a little more relieved and safe. When he gains the courage to have this conversation with you and asks you if you know him while you are in hollow form. When you tell him that you won't forget him and that you keep your memories even if you change "a little", he sighs with relief and smile. He feels a little better now and at least he's sure you won't end up killing him. Just Shunsui being dramatic...

Kenpachi :

Most hollows that cross his path end up dying because they can't overcome the power of his sword, but you? You are strong in both ways, the only difference is that he wouldn't kill you for being a hollow. Even if you showed him your true nature, he is not scared (Come to think of it, who or what would scare this man?) but rather surprised to know this side of you. Be 100% sure that he calls you to fight him. Although he is eager to fight you in this form, he can't help but asking you if you have human memory even in that form and it was then that you explained to him that you don't lose your memories when you fight in your hollow form. He smiles and congratulates you on the fact that you can remember him, because he certainly won't forget you either.

Gin :

At first it's still hard to believe that you can achieve hollow form and look completely different than usual. He doesn't stop giving you a smile when you still look a little angry when you return to human form, he's a tease. Fear is something that he also doesn't leave aside when you enter the battlefield, he fears that you will attack him and what takes him later, in addition to filling you with jokes about the subject, asking you if you can recognize the his face when you turn into a big, angry hollow. You tell him that he doesn't have to worry about anything because you can recognize him and that your memories of your human form haven't disappeared, which makes him let out a sigh. Despite this, he still finds you a danger when you step onto the battlefield.

Jushiro :

He can't help but gape, surprised by your "darker side". His hollow transformation, right in front of him. He wonders how you managed to change your physical form and personality in a short space of time that still left him confused. Seeing you like this makes him question several things, such as: how did you do it? How can you do it and especially, do you remember him even though you are a hollow? When things settle down, he will ask you these questions and when you tell him that everything is fine because there was no way you would forget his gentle smile. He almost faints from relief and… from seeing your cute side again. Now don't forget to warn him first before transforming, as he will be worried. He's my cinnamon roll😭

Shinji :

Shinji thinks he's still in his world backwards and still tries to turn his head down just to make sure he's seeing what's in front of him. The surprise in his eyes when he sees you in such a different and unrecognizable form, he just smiles when he sees that deep down you are both the same. He doesn't feel afraid like others since he has a hollow part in him too, he himself will train you and give you advice about it. But he still want to know if you have memories of your human form when you become a hollow. He just wanted to make sure that you don't recognize him as an enemy and that he has to take you to task. You say you remember him and this makes him more discouraged towards you and your transformation.

Yes, the Farmer can't talk about it, but surely they'd be acting differently after such a scary and traumatic event? So my request is this: How would the sdv/sve marriagables + Krobus (bc I know my shadow roomie would be worried too) feel about the Farmer acting differently after they were found after the Qi event? Like, maybe the Farmer's more jumpy and sullen after what had happened, but they can't say anything because of the seal.

Given that the Farmer was found unconscious in the forest, Sam immediately thought that the reason for their behaviour was that they had been frightened by a wild bear or wolves. No wonder: you are lying defenceless and predators are walking around you, wanting to eat you. The young musician's guesses are far from the truth of what really happened to Farmer, but whatever happens, Sam will be there for his love, supporting them and comforting them.

Elliott:

Poor Elliott nearly had a stroke when he saw Farmer lying in a hospital bed at the Clinic. Taking them by the hand, the writer began to ask what had happened to his spouse, but was quickly silenced when he saw Farmer getting even worse. Elliott apologises for his panic and will do his best to make Farmer feel better. He still hopes that Farmer will be able to tell what happened in the future.

Shane:

Shane feels angry and wants to punch someone (or something) with his fist, which is the reason for Farmer's sadness and constant tension. He is even ready to fight with the whole world if he has to - no one dares to offend the people close to him and get away with it. But realising that Farmer's rage won't help him in any way, Shane tries to comfort them and calm them down. Even suggests they go to the therapist he went to himself after that event on the hill. Magic, not magic, he doesn't know shit about it. All he needs right now is to be there for Farmer and give them all the help and support they need.

Sebastian:

Sebastian can't calm down himself now. He knows that the Farmer fights monsters every day, which is the pure nightmare fuel of many people's lives, and the fact that his spouse met someone that even scared them.... However, Sebby is trying her best not to show his worries, because right now the Farmer needs someone to protect them. And he will be brave for them now, just as Farmer was brave for Sebastian and the other people they were protecting.

Alex:

Alex went into full protective mode, not letting anyone he deemed suspicious near Farmer. The young athlete thinks that some tourists have decided to attack and harm Farmer, as many people (including some unpleasant ones) have come to Stardew Valley, to admire the local town and relax. Unfortunately, Farmer can't tell the real reason, and that's what kills them the most - it's the inability to tell Alex what happened. However, gentle words and cuddles in bed are just what Farmer needs after the traumatic event.

Harvey:

Breathing exercises, sedation, elimination of junk food..... Harvey doesn't know what happened to the Farmer, but he certainly knows how to help them. Alas, in matters magical he will not help in any way, so does not even know of its existence. But Harvey will definitely do his best to help deal with his spouse's depressed mood. He promise to them, everything will be alright, doctor's word!

Magnus:

Magnus know very well about the silencing spell, as he knows this school of magic very well. And the fact that his spouse was acting like a frightened lamb after that strange event made him think about this possible option. Touching their hand, Magnus was scalded like fire, leaving no doubt. Magic. Dark, unfamiliar magic. The Farmer no longer needed to try to say anything, Rasmodius understood all at once. The wizard would assure his lover that he would definitely help them, no matter who cursed Farmer.

Lance:

Lance didn't feel magic as subtly as the same Rasmodius or Camilla, but he could feel the incomprehensible dark aura that wrapped around Farmer's neck like ropes. His one penetrating look into his consort's frightened eyes was enough for Lance to signal to some his fellow mages, including same Camilla and Magnus, that something out of the ordinary had happened. The gallant adventurer also remembered to kiss them on the forehead and envelope them in a tight hug, reassuring them and promising them that everything would be all right.

Victor:

Victor, seeing how the constant tension and depressive state is affecting his beloved spouse, he tries to find a therapist to help Farmer. Poor Victor cannot watch them suffer, so will offer his support and convinced them accept professional help. The sad irony is that Farmer can't tell anyone, no matter how hard they try. Still, they're glad Victor won't leave them alone.

Krobus:

Krobus doesn't realise what exactly happened to Farmer, but shadow person can feel them exuding alien magic and a restless aura after they returned from the clinic. Never, no matter what dangerous adventures they had been on, had the Krobus seen the Farmer so frightened. The fact that they wouldn't tell him anything tensed the shadow person even more. It's unlikely that Farmer would lie to him like this if they had always told Krobus everything about their adventures before. Something is wrong, and Krobus, worried about his friend, thinks that maybe Magnus or Marlon can help Farmer.

Marvolo likes to ACT like it's just another day, but deep down, he rather likes getting attention for his birthday! And is secretly disappointed if nobody has made plans or makes an effort. He really enjoys receiving gifts. Marvolo is the type that likes to travel for his birthday, like go on a little vacation somewhere nice with people whos company he really enjoys. So he can just relax for a little while and forget about everything else. I wouldn't say he needs a whole cake, but he does enjoy his favourite cupcake with a little candle in it 😁. (The vanilla cupcakes with pink strawberry frosting that he HATES people knowing he likes hahaha)

Rowan 🐺

Rowan spent a big portion of his life not celebrating his birthday while he was out in the wilds for 10 years as a kid after his parents died. So once he settled into society after meeting Marvolo, he discovered that his birthday was actually a big deal after the people he cared about made plans for him. Ever since then, he's LOVED his birthday! He gets excited when he knows it's approaching, thinking about what kinda things him and his 'pack' are going to do to celebrate. He likes a party, he likes lots of snacks and food to be made special for him. He loves getting lavished with praise and attention on his special day. 😊

Wait, it's rare to update weekly? I thought that was like... The norm...

I haven't experienced writers block (yet) luckily. But I do experience something I like to call "writers annoyance", where you're stuck and don't know how to go further.

Like, you wrote a sentence that takes you somewhere you don't know how to get out of. Or a part in the story that stops interesting you after a while.

For me it was the shopping trip... At the end of it I was SO DONE with it. I wanted them to go home and be all domestic again. But noooo they had to go grocery shopping as well.

So I decided to write the shopping trip with less detail, only highlighting the parts I wanted the readers to know: Oscar not being allowed to buy fish, Lando complaining about which veggies to buy, and Luka apparently having no dislikes except broccoli.

Compared to the other stores they went to, I glanced over the shopping trip quickly to keep myself engaged.

But sometimes I can get so stuck on a part I can't get any further. I tend to set a mental timer for myself. 15 minutes. If nothing comes out of my hands during that time I stop writing for a bit and go play video games for a while or something.

I just stare at my word document for 15 minutes, reread the sentences before then, try new sentences to get out of it... If nothing happens I accept my fate and exit the word document for a bit. This usually helps.

Oh! And if I get really stuck, I sometimes just write out very shortly (and in a different color) what I want to happen in that chapter. I then have more of an overview of where I want to go next.

How do I get from A to B? What do I need them to do or say? Is there something else that needs to happen?

And sometimes I just throw away the sentence(s) that made me get stuck in the first place and start over.

The most important thing is to keep having fun and remember that your readers will love your story anyway. Don't get discouraged by possibly bad sentences. Highlight them for later scrutiny and move on. Like when you're taking an exam and one of the questions is so confusing you're like "aight, I will try again later".

Also, if you're not having fun writing at that moment, please stop. Don't force yourself. Try again later when you're more in the writing mindset.

You can't pressure creativity!

Oh you are just the sweetest soul. I already recognized you from when you wrote me comments on my longfic a while ago, and btw, I love your icon over at ao3. I don't know who that girl is or which movie or show she's from, but looking at her sparks an immense amount of joy 🤣

Here's the thing about my English: My dna is 100% pretzel and I never lived anywhere except in or just outside Munich. I've never even been to an English speaking country (unless you want to count a one week trip to Singapore). I've consumed most of my entertainment in English since I was 16 - 17, and after 10+ years (yes, I'm old) I'm actually pretty sure I understand the language flawlessly. But then started writing and wanted to be active in the fandom after HL came out, and I realised that passively understanding and actively finding the words to express yourself are two very different things, and I was suddenly horribly self conscious about my English.

I've since gotten over it, and it's even been a while since I mentioned it in my author's notes. Sometimes native speakers word things a bit awkwardly or don't know what a random obscure word means either, it's not the end of the world. English capitalization will always elude me, but the occasional improper capitalization never ruined a fic for anyone (I hope).

Floyd is absolutely no help at all. You would think he supported his brother but this wasn’t a situation that involved him, so he didn’t really care. As long as it didn’t come back to irritate him in the end, he would stay out of it. If it started to interfere with him having fun then he’d have a few things to say about it, mostly by being direct enough to approach you and demand you pick which one you like more so the other can get over it.

Joining forces would only occur if there was another person threatening their claim on your heart. The two of them might be competitors but they also deeply believed in the enemy of my enemy is my friend. They might still try to subtly sabotage each others romantic agendas but their full aggression is offered to the outside force, who would certainly think twice about wooing another person again.
