FANCY SCHMANCY BREAKFAST in Hong Kong by #RawChefYin. I was inspired to put this together after making the sencha tea by @teaforte.hk and wanted to continue with the Japanese-inspired theme. I had some ingredients that I brought over from Kuala Lumpur and I also found some ingredients in my friend’s kitchen so here’s what I did: . ~ Japanese rice crackers ~ @pacarichocolatemalaysia ~ nori strips ~ organic lavender buds ~ peanut butter So you have salty, sweet, floral, umami flavours all going on. Plus the crunch of the crackers and the creaminess from the peanut butter. Mmmmmmmmm! (too bad the rice crackers masuk angin already if not I would have loved to make more for tonight’s party…) . . .
