continuing my winter squash praising. easily a top three vegetable category
#when u can just cut them in half and roast them and they turn out so perfect???#sweet or savory??#honeynut squash being perfect serving size#they keep well n the skin is usually edible so u can get the extra nutrients#and if u wanna prepare the seeds those r good too??#love them#most of all bc most of them dont bother my sensory issues much <3#unless i run into a more fiberous/stringy textured one#*fibrous#but i can make those soup or give them to someone who isnt bothered by the texture
