#honestly the whole ai thing is annoying cuz what problem is it solving?#none#its just cranking out meaningless shit & hoping someone buys it#mindless production#thats so boring to me#honestly it seems like the folks who act like its some gift to the world just dont appreciate artists or writers in general#cuz if you did youd know a good portion of songs and art and writing is a labor of intention & love#even if its shitty#intention is still there#honestly i think the mentality is not disimilar to the folks who shit on small designers for their prices#like someone who handbeaded purses went viral this week cuz folks where in the comments saying she didnt deserve how much she was charging#and its just like...these people do not know the labor and talent and time that goes into bead work#just like how most western folks dont know the work that goes into making clothes in general#theyre so used to the exploitation of folks abroad that provides their shein hauls that they cant appreciate what they have or the craft#mass production - hyper consumption - exploitation - ai - its all interrelated#these folks mindlessly consume and think consumption is as effortless as creation
