Thats just an overnight train buddy those have been around for years
please god above can someone explain to me why we're still working on self driving cars when trains exist
#okay not super fancy but#they got beds#on the train#have you never seen white christmas?? bam train beds#I once read this fucked up short story of a woman whos husband died in his train bed#and the the whole story she was terrified they would find out and kick her off the train with his corpse at some random stop#so shes just trying to pretend to everyone that hes still sleeping hes been feeling sick#anyway train bed#choo choo#honestly lightrails or subways probably make more sense than full trains for everyday use#tbh I love the metro and the lightrail near me#though I still have to drive 20-30 min to the closest stop#but I will forever take those if I don’t have to drive in DC or Baltimore#aka pay for parking there holy shit it gets pricey#on one hand the public transport only goes till like 2 am at best#but on the other some parking garages lock up at 10 pm and your car is trapped#and its SO HARD TO TELL which ones will trap your car#but also riding the bmore lightrail at midnight alone is terrifying lmao there is so little security#like cameras and streetlights but#when in doubt be on a phone call with someone#or pretend to be so people know theres a witness#keys are also a good weapon but so is my knife#and I know self defense which I’ve thankfully never had to use for real#so like choo choo safely my dudes#its 2 am I’m tired and oversharing#✨you’re welcome✨
