How did the Honda Element become a “straight man” car. It literally has removable rear seats and rubberized floorboards that can be hosed out. It’s literally the official car of getting fisted in a Subway parking lot.

Out of Your Element!
Member the Honda Element? I miss the Honda Element.
On the one hand, I wish Honda would bring back the Element. It was such a funky vehicle. Part SUV, Part Cargo Van. Chunky mid-2000s car design that somehow evoked Hummer and Dodge Grand Caravan with just a hint of Jeep Wrangler before the.... Jeepening.
It had personality, you know? Not like the copy-paste SUVs of our time. Just look at it.

But on the other hand, I know if they brought it back, the dillweeds from Marketing would ruin it.
They would entirely forego their original market:
College softball players having a raucous birthday party at the bowling alley
Your dad, who work in land surveying
Alice from Accounts Payable (for some reason)
An entire nation of frumpy 20-something dudes who are taking a break from watching Family Guy reruns on Adult Swim to go get some Taco Bell at 2AM.
... and also Martians than observe kashrut ;-)
Instead, they would focus all their energies to appealing to the most annoying human beings on the planet: Jeeple.
You know... Jeeple?

The Marketing schmucks did it to the Ford Bronco, and they'll do it again. You can barely tell them apart!

And like, I get it, there's only so many ways a car can be shaped, but don't tell me that Ford wasn't trying to go after jeeple (or worse, wannabe-jeeple) money.
Do you really want to see them massacre the Element? No way. I'd rather it remain a fun little oddity of the past than watch it become an emotional support vehicle in the present.

Mixed meshes with a splash of billet bars bringing this Honda Element front end into some unique styling. The top grille is Black HD Perf SS on top of Silver HD Small Diamond.

Reflecting on the Last Iteration of the Honda Element: A Nostalgic Journey
In the annals of automotive history, the Honda Element remains a distinctive chapter, known for its unique boxy design, practicality, and unmistakable charm. As we look back at the last iteration of this iconic SUV, we are reminded of an era when car design dared to be different. The Honda Element's departure from the production line left a void that nostalgia fills, as we fondly remember its spacious interior, modular features, and a personality that was, quite literally, square. It's a testament to the Element's enduring legacy that enthusiasts still yearn for its return, and even as we gaze into the future of automotive design, we can't help but smile at the memories the Honda Element evokes. I Made The Bed Frame For My Honda Element Build Out
It was a beautiful fall day in Northeast Ohio yesterday and it was perfect to get started on the build out of The Gypsy Wagon. Putting together the dunnage shelves for the main bed frame was simple enough. At the back, near the tailgate, I put the dunnage shelves height at 11″ and the front, near the driver and passengers seats at 12″. This was the highest I could make it in order to accommodate…

I need a new (to me) car.
The thought of just going to the drive-thru should not be anxiety attack inducing. Having a car shaking, sputtering, and chugging at the pickup window is NOT fun. Having a car that costs five or six times more than it's worth to repair is NOT fun.
I need to replace my car ASAP. I need help doing it because my credit is admittedly crap. I've got savings of my own, but it slow going, and this car is on its last elbows.
