I know lots of parents are looking for fun, yet educational ways to entertain their children on a daily basis. One way that we have been learning through play is with our new @sagomini box! Each box comes with 3 activities that you can make and play together to teach modern skills through play! Bonus points for me not having to leave my house to go get it; you can have a new box delivery every month! Each box comes with a super cute collectible figurine and hands on activities that can be added to your toy collection. Organization for Homeschooling: Work Binders

Each kid has their own binder. I fill it with what they need for the week. Karina’s is Folder separated by day so her printouts and plans are laid out for the week.

For Mika and Dew we go by subjects.

Each Sunday I make a basic outline or goal plan for the week and each morning I do a little prep work before I wake the kids up at 9am to begin the day.

My kids learned to type over a summer break a few years ago. I have no idea how I found this program. I think a homeschool friend sent the link to me? (Beth?)  

BUT, WOW! It really works. Even fun for adults.

Where else can you listen to a Scottish Goat dance around and lead you through a myriad of other animals with interesting accents? My favorite part is the British and Irish animals trying, rather unsuccessfully,  to do American Hip-Hop. Just imagine Mrs. Doubtfire (Robin Williams) teaching your kiddos to type. Very Engaging, Silly, Funny, AND Educational!

One of our rituals if we’re in a slump or energies are running low (negative) is to look up a joke... or play the Macarena. Anyone needing a reset will say reset or let’s dance for 5 mins and I try my best honor it every time 🌟. . .
