The challenge for companies is get everyone moving in the same direction. I've seen company departments working with the same customer but not united and not fully integrated with their values. To unit everyone... First, where are the touchpoints? Create an experience by focusing on interactions. To destroy a brand: Ignore grumpy-employees or your broken links. An important aspect is thy product or service, get it right. Everyone, the products, and services must alig with the values in the process. Deliver and live up to what you promise? Does the consumer experience those values and promises? Any inconsistencies between online and offline experiences? You want to patch things up to prevent any damage to the brand. Design an experience you want the customer to have. Details matter! Consider aspects of the product or service when the customer experiences it for the first time like packaging, feel, smell, and other senses as they interact. Proverbs 27:23 "Know well the conditions of your flocks, And pay attention to your herds;" If you don't know the business's condition, the services you provide will eventually fail. First impressions are important, but consistency is more critical. Your enemies shall come phoning to you, and you shall try to pawn their backs.” - Deuteronomy 33:29 (ESV) God promise to be the shield for Abraham (Gen 15:1). * Gods covenant w/Abraham I am your shield your reward shall be very great. if we are in danger we have a God we can go to. And all mighty power to trust. Nothing can hurt those whom God favors and helps. God himself is the shield and the sword. We are defended by the whole armor of God. WHY To be Christians is not a miserable fate, but it is a process that makes us sons of God, and we can rejoice in the Lord and know that there is glory in the inheritance awaiting us. He has given us the spirit not of bondage or fear but of strength and power and comfort in times of need, big or small. The riches that God has provided for us in preserving is bigger than a sea, bigger than any city, more significant than any river. We should allow the Spirit to fill our hearts and cheer us on in it. It will urge us to move forward onward to our purpose to the end when we can finally be with our father in heaven, and there is no greater glory. DOMAIN: BEING HOW Be happy for we Have an Almighty God watching over us and fighting on our side.
