[🌱] encountering an automaton for the first time

After the events that transpired 20 years ago, Ceci was taken in by Gura to help guard and patrol her village…unfortunately for her that means she couldn’t get her usual maintenance resulting in cracks that were ‘bandaged’ with atlantean craft as replacement. Much to Gura’s reassurances for Ceci, the automaton can’t help but sit near the lake with sorrow like her programmed memories never truly fade. One day she just left, the shark searched but to no avail, the mangroves proving to be a labyrinth to navigate. Gura wonders why she mysteriously left…maybe it was homesickness? Or was it to find answers? She may never know.

Concept for racer Kronii, this one was pull from another dimension to run the city to replace the original but that…simply didn’t turn out like they hoped. Instead, this Kronii forms a biker gang and those guys manage the city for her.

An artificially made sky-island held up and balanced with smaller crystal islands attached by chains(created as residential areas). the theme of this region is much more touristy, upper class, with some notes of steampunk into it. The diamond shaped island is segmented into three floors, the top is where the head honcho is, middle is the general area, and the bottom lies the industrial area along with the core of the island. There are many fun area to choose from on the island and one of its main money makers area the arena fights held with polka and nene manning the commentator’s booth.

With how common supernatural beings are and how advanced transportation is people generally get to the skies by either flying/teleporting themselves or book a ticket via hovercraft.

Calliope, Hard-Boiled(HB) Watson, and Ina take it to the streets to catch a motorcyclist Kronii to get her watch back. Just as Calliope manages to catch up and pulls the watch from Kronii’s grasp she gets shot by a pistol out of a time portal. Chief Ouro of HB’s world comes out and will take that watch back, even if its by force.
