FORBIDDEN CITY :: HOLLYWOOD SPORTS PARK

Today's feature is on the most premiere paintball and airsoft park in the world, Hollywood Sports Park in Bellflower, CA. 

Forbidden City, as it's called is mock up off scenes from the Lara Croft: Tomb Raider movie. 

Forbidden City, has some of the most unique scenery and props in paintball and airsoft field design. The adventure begins by heading into a vast desert like theme field, with visible pathways from one side of the field to other side with obstructions like tunnel systems and wall barriers. Each side has a variety obstacles to hide behind, from a 1998 Ford Trooper, to what looks like a modern day mummy tomb. 

As each side begins a game the tunnel systems about 10-15 feet in height and width are filled with players shooting in and out of them, along with 4 way intersections inside the tunnels for close quarter combat.

As some paintball players or airsoft players are accustom to long range shooting and a more defendable play type, there are a variety of rolling hills, and elevated rock formations for sniping and long range shooting. 

This field by for lives up to the hype of the name, with some amazing angels and playable props. The field has really hit it off with players from around the world, this is why It's no surprise that top celebrities and entertainers have played on it from Nick Young of the LA Lakers to even Angelina Joile aka Lara Croft's son himself as well.
