SMD Hollow Rotary reducer is used in rotary application such as Indexing Table. This Gearbox is combined with an adaptor having Solid Shaft Input hence can be coupled with a coupling and motor directly. This Rotary Table Gearbox can be coupled with Planetary and Right Angle Gearbox to achieve higher ratio and is available in various sizes such as ST85 to ST320 as per requirement.

SMD Hollow Rotary Gearbox, ST Series Gearbox is widely used in Industries where precise rotational output is required. Internal Gearing system of ST Series consist of a Input Gear, Intermediate Gear and Spur Gear. Rotational input is provided to the Input Gear which acts as driving gear and this rotation is transmitted to the intermediate Gear. Gear profiles are machined on each Gear for reduction in Rotation. This Intermediate Gear indeed transmits rotation to the Spur Gear which acts as an output. In this way whole reduction ratio is achieved from start till end using internal Gearing unit.

SMD Hollow Rotary Gearbox has large hollow rotary table for concise wiring and piping. It can be used for Turning a table upto weight of 1.5 Tonnes with the accuracy of 30 arc sec. The Reduction can be controlled from 10 to 1000 connecting with a planetary gearing sets. A cross roller bearing is setup to bear unbalanced load to give smooth and uniform rotations. In special conditions this gearbox can work between -40ᵒC to 100ᵒC.
