To those staying at Tidmouth Sheds.

If Tidmouth Sheds got rebuilt after being destroyed, what kind of improvements and changes would you like if you wanted any?

THOMAS: “Honestly, it was fine as is. I wouldn’t want it to change.”

EDWARD: “While it could get a little chilly, I don’t think it needs any improvements.”

HENRY: “If I had to be nitpicky, I’d think it nice if there were a few plantpots around. Other than that it was a perfectly fine shed.”

GORDON: “Stop acting like it was destroyed. The building’s still here!”

JAMES: “It was a perfectly splendid shed for everyone. There doesn’t need to be any improvements.”

PERCY: “I do like Tidmouth; but the building is still around so I don’t see what this fuss is about.”

How would you feel and what would you do if Tidmouth Sheds got destroyed?

(Sorry for being so late with answering. - the admin) THOMAS: "It would be a massive shame if Tidmouth Sheds got destroyed; I like it there with my friends. But, in this scenario I would go to my branchline and sleep in the Ffarquhar sheds."

EDWARD: "It would be most unfortunate; while they can rebuild it, I don't think it would feel the same. Regardless, I would go to Wellsworth station and sleep there. It does save me the trip from Tidmouth all the way to my branchline." HENRY: "The sheds at Tidmouth are very very convenient, so it would be a huge blow if they were destroyed. I haven't really thought about where I'd go if that were the case." GORDON: "I'd rather not think about the implications this question brings." JAMES: "Bold of you to assume Tidmouth Sheds will get destroyed." PERCY: "I'd go to Ffarquhar with Thomas, but I'd rather not think about losing Tidmouth!" FLYING SCOTSMAN: "This is one of the very few times I'm glad I'm mainland based, if it were to happen - which I doubt."

The thoughts made his boiler ache. He hated it. His crew had clambered out to see what the problem was- just nerves, was the reply- and had spent some five minutes trying to calm their engine down. Slowly, they approached the large building. The engine had never felt so nervous.

Gordon, Scottie, I'm sorry if this is hard for you two but...

I learned you two lost a sibling named Grand Parade in a tragic accident at Castlecary in December 10, 1937. a year after that, a new number of your class was built with the same name and number as him/her. Have any of you heard about that? I'm sorry for asking and I'm sorry for your loss.

(To the admin: If you choose to know about the Castlecary accident and the Grand Parade engines, You can find a page on wikipedia about it. Sorry if I upset you for talking about a tragic accident.)

GORDON: I am- was- unaware of this until this question. After I was sent to Sodor I basically and semi-unintentionally cut the rest of my family out of my life. I didn’t hear from them, they didn’t hear from me. Until a certain green menace started popping up in the news, that was. I can’t say I have that many feelings regarding Grand Parade and what happened, but it is a shame…

SCOTSMAN: I was aware of the accident, and while we weren’t close per se… I can’t say I don’t mourn him on the occasion. It was a horrible accident that really shouldn’t have happened. As for the new Grand Parade… I’d rather not dive deep into that.
