I've come to make an announcement: the MBU arsonists are bitch-ass motherfuckers, they burnt down my fucking university. That's right, they took their criminal-fuckin' matches and lighters out and they burnt down my fucking university, and they said the MBRA was "THIS BAD," and I said "that's disgusting," so I'm making a callout post on my Tumblr.com: MBU arsonists, you've got hno hope for the future. It's the size of this walnut except WAY smaller. And guess what? Here's what my university looked like.
[Explosion sounds] That's right, baby. All students, no fires, no interns — look at that, it looks like a proper university.

Man. egg uve reminded me that ranboo's lore w the Antarctic boys is so disappointing now :( i remember how excited everyone was through all of december and january whenever he talked to techno & philza, we got GOOD development, then fast forward to now when other characters explicitly say they want to kill techno (like tommy has recently) ranboo doesnt say anything to defend him just like. man. even a "well maybe death is extreme" would be good 😭. where was the energy from when ranboo found out he had a disc and said he was worried about techno & phil being hurt by dream bc of it!!! technoblade please stream c!ranboo doesnt have object permanence /lh
Honest to goddddddd u hit it all so right its jus. Theres no Tone or even like. Subtle between the lines Nods back to when ranboo Cared and Trusted them. Like......... its just. Gone. The last time was when ranboo followed te hno when he was visitin the egg.
Even like. Okay ranboo hiding michael from the syndicate DOES make sense. But. At the same time i feel there Should be at least some like. Ranboo should KNOW techno to some degree by now.
Technoblade is Immovable with those he trusts and cares for in turn. He doesnt want Absolute agreement or even complete and utter honesty. Like. Ranboo Doesnt Need to lay everything bare for him. If ranboo had allegiances n relations w Other ppl, techno probably wouldnt give a shit. Its no 'betrayal'
But also. Techno has a house full of pets. He gave up his life for karl. He doesnt seek out ro harm people without reason nor has he Ever harmed that which ppl care about to be directly against them. Techno believes in Acting where its needed and warranted, if people's freedom is challenged, or if he or his people are hurt in any way he will retaliate.
There Should be more of like. Internal discord around his allegiance w tubbo and michael, vs his allegiance w the syndicate n techno. As in, worrying that he'd have to 'choose' between either 'side'. But so far like.
Its only felt like. Ranboo acts like hes Stuck with the syndicate n only there as a means to keep snowchester safe. Little connection to the syndicate beyond that

Reactor meltdown gw2
#REACTOR MELTDOWN GW2 MANUAL#
The present study indicated that LeadCare II results correlated well with atomic absorption over a wide range of blood Pb concentrations and that refrigerating samples for up to 72 hr before LeadCare II analysis was acceptable for clinical purposes.ĭetermination of silicon in biomass and products of pyrolysis process via high-resolution continuum source atomic absorption spectrometry. Although there have been several articles that compared LeadCare with other analytical techniques, all were for the original system, not LeadCare II. There was no significant difference between coagulated and uncoagulated samples run by atomic absorption. LeadCare II results at 4 hr strongly correlated with 72 hr results (R(2) = 0.96), but results at 72 hr were lower (P and mean blood pb concentrations for atomic absorption were 7.7 and 15.9 mcg/dl, respectively for LeadCare II, medians were 5.2 mcg/dl at 4 hr and 4.9 mcg/dl at 72 hr, and means were 12.4 and 11.7, respectively. The method showed good precision (RSD(%) 40 mcg/dl). Samples were acidified (0.5% (v/v) nitric acid), and the standard addition method was used for the sequential determination of the analytes in diluted samples (1:2). The main absorption lines were used for all the elements, and the number of selected analytical pixels were 5 (CPÂ☒) for Cd, Cu, Fe, Ni, Pb and Zn, and 3 pixels for Mn (CPÂ☑).
#REACTOR MELTDOWN GW2 MANUAL#
Module SFS 6 for sample injection was used in the manual mode, and flame operating conditions were selected. The objective of this work is to develop a method for the determination of metals in saline matrices using high-resolution continuum source flame atomic absorption spectrometry ( HR-CS FAAS). Use of High-Resolution Continuum Source Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry ( HR-CS FAAS) for Sequential Multi-Element Determination of Metals in Seawater and Wastewater Samples Correlation coefficients of calibration curves built up by plotting A(Pb)/A(Bi)versus Pb concentration were higher than 0.9953 (FAAS) and higher than 0.9993 (GFAAS). Analysis of samples containing different matrices indicated close relationship between Pb and Bi absorbances. The developed procedure was successfully applied to water samples.īismuth as a general internal standard for lead in atomic absorption spectrometry.īechlin, Marcos A Fortunato, Felipe M Ferreira, Edilene C Gomes Neto, José A Nóbrega, Joaquim A Donati, George L Jones, Bradley Tīismuth was evaluated as internal standard for Pb determination by line source flame atomic absorption spectrometry (LS FAAS), high-resolution continuum source flame atomic absorption spectrometry ( HR-CS FAAS) and line source graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (LS GFAAS). The accuracy of the procedure was confirmed by analyzing certified materials (NIST SRM 1643e, Trace elements in water) and spiked real samples. Under the optimal conditions, limit of detection obtained with HR-CS FAAS and Line Source FAAS (LS-FAAS) were 0.49 μg L(-1) and 3.91 μg L(-1), respectively. The adsorbed aluminum on resin was eluted with 5 mL of 2 mol L(-1) HNO(3) and its concentration was determined by high-resolution continuum source flame atomic absorption spectrometry ( HR-CS FAAS). Sample solution pH, sample volume, flow rate of sample solution, volume, and concentration of eluent for solid-phase extraction of Al chelates with 4- benzoic acid on polymeric resin (Duolite XAD-761) have been investigated. In the present study, a separation/preconcentration procedure for determination of aluminum in water samples has been developed by using a new atomic absorption spectrometer concept with a high-intensity xenon short-arc lamp as continuum radiation source, a high-resolution double-echelle monochromator, and a charge-coupled device array detector. Solid-phase extraction and separation procedure for trace aluminum in water samples and its determination by high-resolution continuum source flame atomic absorption spectrometry ( HR-CS FAAS).

The Storage of aluminum alloy coil
3 reasons for aluminum plate corrosion
Before talking about the storage of aluminum coils, let's talk about the causes of aluminum coil corrosion.Generally speaking, there are three reasons for the corrosion of aluminum sheets: metallurgical reasons, stress reasons and stress reasons.
1. Metallurgical reasons
The metallurgical causes of aluminum plate corrosion are mainly affected by corrosion such as processing, heat stress and casting. Cathodic polarization increases the stress corrosion of aluminum plates, and the stress corrosion of stir welding is also lower than that of fusion welding. The aluminum plate of 04 is properly treated, and such aluminum plate is less prone to corrosion. The type of the outer film of the aluminum plate changes due to different metallurgical reasons, and the internal organization of the aluminum plate and the crystal structure will change, so the mechanical behavior and electrochemical behavior of the aluminum plate will be affected, which is also the difference in the stress corrosion of the aluminum plate. So the storage of aluminum coils is very important
2. Causes of stress
Among the reasons for the stress corrosion of aluminum plates, the factors mainly include oxygen and other gases, corrosion inhibitors, temperature, pressure, ion species, ion concentration, pH value of the solution, etc. In fact, the stress corrosion of aluminum plates is different in different situations. Through the research on the stress corrosion of 7A04 and 2A12 in different atmospheres, it is found that the stress corrosion of aluminum plates in the ocean is relatively higher. This is because the ocean contains a lot of salt, and CI will pass through the film on the outside of the aluminum plate and enter the inside, causing corrosion.Experiments have shown that the corrosion of aluminum plates is intensified. Generally, when the concentration of HNO^3 solution reaches between 20% and 40%, and the concentration is 35%, the corrosion rate of aluminum plates reaches a certain point. However, the stress corrosion of the aluminum plate is not obvious in the concentrated HNO^3 solution, because a dense oxide film is formed on the surface of the aluminum plate to prevent the further corrosion of HNO^3. So pay attention to this in the transportation of aluminum coils.
3. Causes of stress
The causes of stress mainly include loading speed, loading direction, load size, load type, etc. As far as corrosion is concerned, the stress direction must be perpendicular to the grain boundary so that it can be separated. Stress effect is one of the key factors for stress corrosion, and different stress interactions will produce different effects. In general, the combined action of alternating stress and corrosion fatigue is significantly different from corrosion cracking due to fixed stress. Therefore, great attention should be paid to the transportation of aluminum coils
What should be paid attention to when storing aluminum coils.
At present, there are many domestic aluminum coil manufacturers, and the amount of aluminum coil in my country has gradually increased, which is already a very important part of the aluminum industry. Aluminum coil has the characteristics of low density, long service life and beautiful appearance. It is an indispensable product for pipeline insulation in power plants and chemical plants. In order to better use aluminum coils and prolong the service life of aluminum coils, there are also strict requirements for the storage environment of aluminum coils. So what should aluminum coil manufacturers pay attention to when storing aluminum coils?
First, ensure that the storage environment is ventilated and dry. Don't put it in a humid place. Everyone knows that aluminum coils are non-ferrous metals. If they are in contact with water, an oxidation reaction will occur, so that the surface of the aluminum coil will be damaged, and a protective film will be formed on the surface. A piece of white oxidation marks, which affects the appearance, so a dry environment is a necessary condition for storing aluminum coils. This is very important for the storage of aluminum coils. In doing so, The corrosion of the aluminum coils can be prevented as much as possible.
The second is the airtightness of the packaging. Generally speaking, the aluminum coils will have waterproof packaging when they leave the factory. The appearance will be wrapped with a layer of plastic cloth, and a few bags of desiccant will be placed inside to prevent moisture or rainy weather during transportation. Oxidation. Generally speaking, it is not recommended for customers to open or damage the packaging. This packaging is suitable for long-term storage. Note: Even if it needs to be used, wrap the remaining aluminum coils on the basis of the original packaging after use, and put them in a dry and ventilated place. Generally speaking, to achieve the above two points, the storage of aluminum coils will basically not cause oxidation. The aluminum coil can be stored for a better and longer time. The above-mentioned steps can be combined with the transportation of the aluminum coil to make the corrosion of the aluminum coils very small.

Accident (Avengers X Reader)
Prompt: an accident and a secret admirer can change a whole lot of things. I wrote this ages ago, and ran out of ideas and dropped it. But for a sudden epiphany... I finished it.
I was in a completely normal situation “Four score and seven” seconds ago, where half of the S.H.I.E.L.D. staff wasn’t gawping at me like I was some weird specimen in the zoo, and my ‘self respect’ was still intact, unbroken and not scattered on the floor like right now, with shards too jagged and small even to pick it up. Why am I in this blooming disaster and how, let me try with a recap.
...
I joined SHIELD about one and a half year ago. My job was a very specific one: after the ‘other worldly’ invasions to earth, Director Fury assigned me to decipher each and every Mythological manuscript I could land my hands on. The reason: If the Norse gods are real, so are the others and by others means, there may be other dimensions, monsters and even threats that could be true. As a Symbologist and the former intern of Dr. Robert Langdon, who was involved in the Da Vinci code case, I had to do the best. Only I and I can do it in the entire enterprise.
Today, I was deciphering Greek myths. Although one of the most popular, but there are several manuscripts which were still left undiscovered. I had my doubts that there is some connection with the Norse one, so I was working early. After a nasty piece of “Myths of Hades”, I needed some chemicals for further advancement: cleaning up the manuscript without damaging the sheets. They were all engraved tablets, so the work wasn’t easy. So I walked myself into the nearest lab, where Dr. Banner was experimenting with the Tesseract, to nick a couple of chemicals, and got myself spilled with a very strong nitric acid. Everyone (science person or not) should know that HNO3 is a deadly acid which can burn holes into skin; I was lucky that it wasn’t that strong: it was medium-diluted, which was still burning holes through my office tunic and was seeping into my top... By the time I am at my room, my future lover will be horrified after he unhooks my brassiere.
No chance....
It’s a lab right? They must have a spare coat or something... I am gonna strip here, grab a coat, apologise later... nothing will happen!
Or so I thought after removing my blue lab-tunic and holey striped Parisian t-shirt and went groping for a lab coat, topless.
‘- hey Bruce do you have-’ to my horror a male voice moved into the room, and to by worst nightmare, it was Tony Stark, and he just went speechless after seeing me. A trail of high-pitched opera screech echoed through the entire building from my throat.
‘Pepper will murder me...’ he let out a depressed soliloquy and looking I don’t how to take that: platonic but with a sexual/friendly hint. ‘Honey, I am already in a relationship and don’t take it the wrong way, but getting naked like that to seduce me in my lab... phew... you have some nerves for a pawn of SHIELD-’
‘GET OUT FOR THE LOVE OF GOD....’ I screamed on the top of my voice while hugging my torso as best as I can. However, female body is known to be the worst bitch at all the wrong time. By this tendency, my boobs were giving the deepest cleavage under my wrapped arms, which couldn’t have been achieved in the past by the thickest Victoria’s Secret Bombshell bras when I wanted it to happen.
‘Hey Tony I thought you were looking for me... HOLY WHAT THE-’ Doctor Banner did a ‘360 degree spin on one foot’ after seeing me, ‘Tony... What the hell did you actually do this time? Got-got some intern to do some silly stuff?’ he asked Mr. Stark.
‘I am glad you asked that...’ Tony said ‘because I was about you ask how the hell this’ he hand gestured ‘situation happened here. I thought this was our lab, and I will be glad if you would oblige and not leave the door unlocked, so that random people can come in here and strip-’
‘I AM RIGHT HERE ASSHOLE! GET THE HELL OUT OF HERE’ it was sounding like some chorus of an angsty rock band going through puberty.
‘Stark what is going... O-whoa!’ Steve Rogers just went speechless: great... just great. I am now topless, and Captain’s brain function went all star-spangled... I will just stand here, and anytime now, Coulson will pop out of nowhere and murder me. Because I just defiled his ’90 year old virgin superhero idol’... oh, don’t look at me like that, everyone knows that captain never got laid, except in the ice, for 70 years.
When Captain finally looked furiously at Dr. Banner, he said ‘I didn’t do anything I just found Tony with-’
‘Is everything a joke to you Stark... ? First Ultron, the peace summit and now-’ he just covered his eyes, ‘Miss... whoever you are, would you-’ he desperately tried to look away respectfully “would you like a top, towel, anything-”
‘With all due respect Captain... I WOULD VERY MUCH APPRECIATE IF YOU ALL TO LEAVE. THE. ROOM.’
‘Jarvis... ’ Tony called, ‘shut down the cameras in the lab and erase every memory of this room for past 20 minutes’ He was awkwardly walking away leading a very red Dr. Banner, ‘see Rogers, I am not a total douchebag like you think I am... and’ then the obvious happened.
‘And what Stark?’ another grumpy male voice blared from the door “are you trying to blackmail miss (l/n) again... why the cameras shut d-” Director Fury entered with Maria Hill, Black Widow and Hawkeye.
And Barton’s sunglasses titled seductively after he saw me.
Hawkward silence.
Miss Romanov was to react first; she took few steps back, clasped the eyes of Clint Barton and Bruce Banner and led them away; with the latter, she was actually doing a favour to him: by his looks he hasn’t got laid in fifteen years (typical Banner! I am judging you). Maria Hill came to fish out Tony Stark and a very flustered Steve Rogers.
“Come along Captain, I will buy you a hot chocolate” and gestured Director Fury out and looking at me Director Hill gave an assuring nod.
Banner in the meanwhile mumbled “second top shelf from the right” under Miss Romanov’s arms, it seemed it was addressed to me.
...
Finally when I was properly dressed and made it to the hellicarrier, I noticed something utterly different. A humming noise of gossip was spreading through the space and as soon as I entered they all went silent. Great... now I feel like Kim Kardashian, but a lot ashamed.
I gave my reports to Nick Fury who was averting my gaze as far as possible, and then finally he spoke.
‘I am sorry kid, I have erased all the footage of the incident, and should anyone ever teases you with that let me know and I will show that stupid son of a bitch a living hell... Stop right there Stark!’
The last sentence wasn’t obviously directed to me, as I sharply turned around, I saw Tony Stark haulting stop with the booming voice of the director.
‘Actually Director Fury, I was looking for _, you see some of us are worse in communication than you may ever know.’ He added and came to me and gave me a note.
‘Take this and thank me later....’ he added a wink, and walked back.
I bid Fury goodbye and opened the note in my lab, where I was researching some Dead Sea Scrolls and Greek myths.
‘I am so sorry for this morning. I wanted to talk to you for a really long time, but with all that happening I couldn’t. I am not a pervert I swear, but the timing is too wrong... anyway, can I ask you for a cup of coffee? I want to apologise properly for what happened in the morning. Tony said this was a good idea. I swear this won’t ever cross my lips again, but after I saw you this morning I can’t stop thinking about you--’
‘Get to the point already...’ seriously, it was so cliché and cheesy to send a love note these days, but the rambling was so sweet that I can’t even complain .
‘So... if you are ready, I will be waiting at the lounge, 6 o clock sharp... gosh, you are so beautiful when you blush!
-Bruce.’
‘Damnnit...’ I whispered, smiling to myself. I was ready to smack him in the face. But he was just a pure cinnamon roll.

Adsorption of Cd (II) on Modified Granular Activated Carbons: Isotherm and Column Study
In this work, equilibrium and dynamic adsorption tests of cadmium Cd (II) on activated carbons derived from different oxidation treatments (with either HNO₃, H₂O₂, or NaOCl, corresponding to GACoxN, granular activated carbon supplier GACoxP, and GACoxCl samples) are presented. The oxidation treatments determined an increase in the surface functional groups (mainly the acidic ones) and a decrease in the pHPZC (except for the GACoxCl sample). A slight alteration of the textural parameters was also observed, which was more significant for the GACoxCl sample, in terms of a decrease of both Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) surface area and micropore volume. Adsorption isotherms were determined for all the adsorbents and a significant increase in the adsorption performances of the oxidized samples with respect to the parent material was observed. The performances ranking was GACoxCl > GACoxP > GACoxN > GAC, likely due to the chemical surface properties of the adsorbents. Dynamic tests in a fixed bed column were carried out in terms of breakthrough curves at constant Cd inlet concentration and flow rate. GACoxCl and GACoxN showed a significantly higher value of the breakpoint time, likely due to the higher adsorption capacity. Finally, the dynamic tests were analyzed in light of a kinetic model. In the adopted experimental conditions, the results showed that mass transfer is controlled by internal pore diffusion, in which surface diffusion plays a major role. https://www.yrdactivatedcarbon.com

Invest In Argentina - Allysa Sarkar
Last time Fernandez and her late husband were president, the rate of inflation was sky high, and hidden, her economic plans, though well meant, only hurt the value of the Argentinian peso. Since then the economy has recovered significantly under the current president Mauricio Marci. With the recent polls showing Fernandez at a win, investors will likely pull out due to her policies, setting the still fragile economy of Argentina back several milestones. Argentinians should not vote for Fernandez because once she is in power, not only will she have an easier time lining her pockets with government money, but she will also attempt to implement policies that scare away further investment opportunities in Argentina- furthering the country from the global market.
The current midterm elections, being held on the 22nd of October, will renew half the seats in the Chamber of Deputies and a third of the seats in the Senate, along with two provincial governor posts. The front runners for the senate are former President Cristina Fernandez and Mario Negri who takes on globalist view points of the current president. They both have different ways of dealing with the economic problems of Argentina. It’s safe to say that this current election will determine how much outside intervention Argentina gets to help its economy rise again.
“I’ve got it marked in red in my diary,” Juan Manuel Pazos, a research analyst at Puente Hnos SA, said of the Lebac auction. “If she wins by 5 points or more there’s going to be an exit. No matter what rate they pay, investors will leave.” With the recent midterm elections coming up on October 22nd in Argentina, economists, investors and even citizens are concerned as the poles indicate former president Cristina Fernandez may gain a seat in the senate. After recent allegations and indictments against Fernandez for corruption, Argentinians and investors alike all thought that the former president’s career would be over- however here she is, a year later, and this time she’s running for a seat at the senate.
One of the reasons why this election is important is because if Fernandez wins, she has a better shot winning the presidential election, and with her policies like the Expropriation Bill, which prohibits foreign companies from owning land in Argentina, investors will become weary of doing business with Argentina, hurting the economy further and in turn, making the inflation rate larger. The bill was passed in 2012 and since then inflation has doubled.
In the other hand if Mario Negri wins, it can be the best thing for Argentina because his views align with that of the president. For example, when President Maurcio Macri ran for president, he promised to rebuild the Argentinian economy if he is elected, and since he took office, he has delivered. Within the first seven days of his presidency, Macri lifted currency controls, appointed a new central bank president, cut personal income tax, lifted taxes on exports, appointed two new Supreme Court justices, gained the trust of international banks and received a $5 billion loan, and is taking steps to regain the trust of foreign investors.
Because of Marcri’s decision to lift currency controls, the price of peso to dollars rose from 9.8 pesos per dollar to 14.5 pesos to the dollar. The move is risky, however the rise in peso has created an influx of American dollars in the economy, stabilizing it more. He also cut personal income taxes and lifted taxes on exports which resulted in an inflow, outflow of cash and spending, pumping the economy. One of the most important things he’s done since being elected was to gain the confidence of international banks, securing the country a loan of $5 billion dollars. The finance minister expects this loan will help stimulate the economy, resulting in a confidence boost for Argentinians as well as foreign investors.
With the current election in just a few weeks, investors will look onto Argentina eagerly, to see who will win the midterm elections. In order to grow, they need investors, they need foreign aid, and they need someone who is pro-business. They need a Cambino. Cristine Fernandez and her late husband have already proven themselves to be untrustworthy with their multiple scandals, bills that deter foreign investors and increase inflation. The only way for Argentina to recover economically is if they vote for a Cambino.

WAEC workers threaten to withdraw services from WAEC offices
Members of the Non-Academic Staff Union of Educational and Associated Institutions (NASU), working in Nigeria offices of West Africans Examination Council (WAEC), have threatened to withdraw their services from October 14. The General Secretary of NASU, Peters Adeyemi, in a statement on Sunday, said the action, which is slated to commence on the October 14, became necessary following WAEC management’s delay in responding to the union’s previous letters. On the letters, NASU said it listed a review of scheme of service, need to create more establishment for its members, and the refusal of the management to implement the policy on ex-grata. It also listed the dichotomy of payment allowance to members serving Council’s Meetings amongst others as its requests. Adeyemi said none of the union’s letters to WAEC management has been responded to so far. “I, therefore, express concerns about the nonchalance of WAEC management in their treatment of these important lingering issues, which could put the global campaign for decent work policy and wellbeing of workers in WAEC Nigeria in jeopardy. “It is on this premise that your management is hereby given a period of 21 days from the date herein to positively resolve all the issues listed above. “Failing to do this would leave the union with no other option than to direct our members in WAEC throughout Nigeria to proceed on total strike by Monday, Oct. 14.” The letters also listed irregular recruitment of examination officers and the incessant and unwarranted query to some union’s officers as the union’s grievances. Adeyemi noted that though the union’s headquarters is reliably informed that work on re-review of the scheme of service has reached an appreciable level, the management’s alleged reluctance to harmonise the grey areas is delaying its approval and operation. “In view of the importance of scheme of service in daily administration, it is highly imperative that the Head National Office (HNO), not only talk the talk but also walk the walk as he promised in one of the meetings held with NASU executive branch committee. “Part of the agreement is to immediately set up a committee of management and NASU to work on the grey areas and come up with scheme of service that meets international standard and the yearnings of staff.” The union said the review of scheme of service has been lingering since the year 2013 till date without any positive resolution despite the union’s favourable disposition to collective bargaining with the WAEC management on the matter. The NASU scribe, who described the level of stagnation of officers in the Council as worrisome, said the situation is a clear case of injustice on the affected staff. He said: “The truth of the matter is that the affected staffers are due for promotions and are also qualified but they are denied. “I therefore call for the creation of additional Establishments to take care of the affected staff in the spirit of fairness and equity.” NASU also flayed the decision of WAEC to neglect the implementation of the policy on ex-gratia. “The union believes that it is improper for the payment to be stopped midway, as there is no justification to change the goal post in the middle of a game. “The stoppage is a gimmick from the management to polarise the workers in the council. Therefore, those who were schemed out of the payment should be paid without delay,” Adeyemi stated. NASU also decried the dichotomy of payment allowance to members serving the council’s meetings. “The dichotomy in payment of allowances to staff serving council’s meetings and conduct of examinations offshore is a great injustice which should be stopped as there is no justification for such pernicious action as what is sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander. “Such equality and fairness should be maintained in the payment of allowances to those involved in such crucial and important assignments,” the union noted. The union said the management should as a matter of policy look inward on the employment of Examination Officers as some staff are already trained and have the qualification to assume such position. According to Adeyemi, this is better instead of employment of fresh hands that need to be trained in order to fit into the system. NASU also observed the regularity of queries issued to some of the union officers noting that most of the queries are issued based on flimsy and inconsequential offences, which, it said, is a form of intimidation, targeted at witch-hunting the members of the union.
