Leftover coffee never goes to waste at my house! I save it to make one of my favorite recipes, my interpretation of a salted caramel macchiato, I've never actually had a caramel macchiato but this is what I think it would taste like if I did. I use about 6 to 8 oz of leftover coffee 2 tablespoons of sugar free salted caramel syrup, two Splenda and about eight ice cubes give or take. This is one of my favorites! It is sort of a ravioli bisque. You put the ravioli entree, the HMR 500 chicken soup and about 4 to 6 oz of liquid all in the blender. For the liquid I like to use chicken broth but you can use water too. You can add any spices you like to this also. Blend it all up and put it in a microwavable Bowl and then microwave it for one minute covered.
