finally i made my hunter designs. FINALLY. there's 3 more of them by the way but here they are for now.

ramblings + design notes under cut

these hunter designs are inspired by kiss me (kill me) :) (obviously)

the fading saturation from a full pink to a diseased light red are meant to symbolize hunter slowly losing their identity to the rot growing inside them.

the eyes turning from blue to teal are part of a funny thing i theorized long long ago when i was a kid!! i'd make some character (pure and unfazed from the horrors of the world) go through some kind of horrifying traumatic event (cough cough, the rot) and have them cry all the blue out of their eyes, hence the eyes fading to teal lmfao

ive always had a love hate relationship with hunter (the character) because she was so important to me for so many reasons, but she could never quite make the cut / i consistently downgraded them because i never really quite understood them. i hated her in so many ways and loved them in many others.

but now, i'm finally accepting hunter as one of my own again. she will and always will be one of the most important characters to me I've ever had in my life. the way her character changes throughout their story has truly inspired me to do better. i will always appreciate them.
