The Fairmont Hotel is one of the oldest and extremely haunted historic buildings still standing today since it’s construction in the late 1800’s.

Jeanne and I have taken the infamous Ghost tour like several paranormal investigation teams such as Ghost Adventures.

We were told stories of its deadly past that includes the spa, brothel and casino which public and outlaw figures ventured in for.

We took a 3 story tour in the dark with no lights and rickety stair cases that made you lose your sense of direction.

The bay windows on the turret where the rooms that the ladies would retreat to and pose themselves for clientele down below. The giant rooms were decorated in a Mediterranean style back in the day.

Upon stories told that are true, a pregnant lady jumped to her demise off the 3rd story towards the back of the hotel where her room was located. She acted upon suicide because her regular client and rich rancher had an argument about the baby and he wouldn’t take care of her and the child. Her fall was broken by all the mud, manure, and straw down below as there was a barn behind the hotel that housed the men’s horses. Several days later she passed due to aneurysm.

The second picture unrelated to the Fairmont is an idea of a small brothel room.
