hi dont mind me just typing out some more loser kurosawa moments™️ from the radio drama for me to come back and read later (this is definitely not me unsubtly trying to get ppl to listen to it once again haha no way 😳)

from ep 4:

Adachi: I— I was saying, you aren’t getting carsick, are you? I have motion sickness patches.

Kurosawa: Oh, no, I’m not carsick. Though, I remember you get dizzy during long drives, so I brought some snacks. Plums, tangerine candy, mints... Oh, and the mints are lemon-flavored, if that’s what you like. If the patches don’t help, you can have these.

Adachi: ...Thanks.

Adachi: It seems like he really doesn’t want to sing...

Adachi: Urabe-senpai, why don’t we wait for Rokkaku? I heard he’s a good singer, so I’m looking forward to it.

Kurosawa: ...Who did you hear that from?

Adachi: Uh, just... Just heard some colleague mention it.

Kurosawa: Do you have a favorite song, Adachi?

Adachi: Me? There’s this not-so-well-known one... It’s called You Kiss Me for The World. Have you heard of it?

Kurosawa: I have! I like it, too! Then, I’ll go sing this.

Adachi: Huh?

and later on:

Adachi: Speaking of which, I didn’t expect you to sing so well.

Kurosawa: Did you like it?

Adachi: ...Well, everyone liked it.

Kurosawa: Then, between me and Rokkaku, who do you think sings better?

Adachi: You and Rokkaku? Of course, it’s— [gets interrupted by group of women and ends up moving elsewhere, leaving Kurosawa extremely pouty about it]

Kurosawa: What is it now, sis?

Mari: Hehe, I’m gonna be staying over at yours for the night. I’ve got the spare key, but why aren’t you home yet? It’s already late.

Adachi: ...Sister? So, the one with him yesterday wasn’t an ex of his...

Kurosawa: Didn’t you say it would only be for yesterday? How long are you going to stay away from home? Isn’t your lover’s quarrel done yet?

Mari: [humphs] I’m waiting till he apologizes. Wait, where are you? At someone’s house?

Kurosawa: My friend is sick. I’m at his place, taking care of him.

Mari: Huh? You have a friend you care about that much? Ah, I got it! It’s Adachi, isn’t it?

Adachi: Hm?

Kurosawa: ...Yeah.

Mari: Oh, it’s really Adachi! See, Yuichi, your elder sister is miserable and in a horrible mood. I’ve got two friends coming over to talk with me, maybe even for the entire night. It won’t be right for you to come back and sleep in a room full of girls.

Kurosawa: ...That’s my house.

Mari: I’m in control for tonight! You should stay over at Adachi’s and take good care of him! Never do things by halves! Is Adachi next to you? Let me say hi to him!

Kurosawa: No. I’m hanging up. Bye.

Mari: Hey, wait, I said— [video call disconnects]

Rokkaku: Oh, oh, by the way, didn’t you two come to work together today?

Adachi: You saw that...

Rokkaku: You guys are so close.

Kurosawa: How should I put it? Recently... I’ve actually been staying at Adachi’s house.

Adachi: ...Why do you look so proud about it?

Rokkaku: Ah, my takoyaki is ready! I’ll bring it over. I saw a tutorial online, I hope they turned out good.

Kurosawa: Looking forward to it! I've never tried microwave-baked takoyaki before. Adachi, have you?

Kurosawa: Damn it, I’m going to make food in the microwave, too!

Adachi: I haven’t, either.
