I have to know how Arkem celebrates his birthdays right now immediately

he isn't generally big on celebrating his birthdays.

when he still lived in candlekeep, it was just a day with less chores and a small gift from gorion (and later, imoen).

during bg1/bg2, he doesn't tell anyone when his birthday is, as he sees no point in it and doesn't want people to know more than necessary about him, lmao.

in later years, he's quite wistful and somber on his birthdays as he reflects on the previous year. no parties or anything, he just opens a fancier bottle of wine than usual and keeps the day free of commitments. i don't really see dorn as someone who'd be excited about birthday celebrations either, but i think he would make sure arkem would have a nice, proper dinner on that day. :)
