Flashback Friday to a few months ago when we ran for the CIBC run for the cure with our awesome team Fo Shoe !

We learned alot from this run as it was only shortly after loosing my father to cancer and so I wanted to push myself as much as possible and I did and ran faster then I have in the past 7 years with a time of 24:24 which usually I run a time of around 26:30 which in the running world is a big difference .

It showed me that we have so much more power, eneregy and strength inside of us that most of us don't push or use enough but if you have a strong enough reason or WHY, then you will always bring out that extra strength and energy you have inside that you might have never known it was there . We are stronger and more capable then we know we just under use it most of the time.

Find your why for doing what you and you will find some things about your potential you never knew you had !

Life is so short so we must live it daily with passion and purpose !
