Well well well. After a (moderately) excessive amount of staring, I can now say with 99.8% certainty that:

Vincent's hair is not tucked into his collar, he does in fact have a new hairstyle! For comparison:

(oh and inb4 anyone says it's his Turk hairstyle, no it isn't)

(It might be the hairstyle he gets in part 3, but it's significantly longer on the (our) left and seems to be less choppy/spiky on the right than the one he's had up to now)
