● You two are in the same boat, him having been exiled from his home country for his films they deemed too abhorrent. Having to flee to another country, in this case Singapore. He understands. Even if you two's reasons for fleeing aren't the same.

● More than happy to help you start a new..! Although his methods might a bit unorthodox. He might steal legal papers of identification off and victim and give them to you if you don't have any legal documents of your own that would allow you to stay there legally. Unless you're seeking aslyum or there legally in some way.

● Will let you stay with him at whatever abandoned place he's managed to carve out himself on the park grounds for as long as you need. I headcanon the place he's managed to snag himself is a bit better than Paulo's. He night even be gettinf a decent amount of money if he's paid to be in the park. As the people of Singapore are unaware of his crimes.

● Depending on where you stand financially, he'll help you monetarily too. Brought little money? He'll cover basic needs for both of you. Need a job? He'll see if he can convince threaten the park into giving you a job. Lost items coming over? He'll look for replacements.

● Dosen't bat an eye when you tel him you're non-binary. Just a small noise of conformation tha he heard you and a thumbs up. He's more than happy to support you.

● If someone is misgendering you he just glares at them at first. Think this image

● If they keep going he'll passive aggressively correct them until they start using the right pronouns. He'll continously interrupt them so they can't speak until they do. They also happen to the be who who selects for his next film. How "lucky" they are.

(These are not related to shipping or ships but are rather personality/lore traits I’m assigning each character. These hcs also do not mind canon much. )

• believe it or not, Jack is one of the best people to go to for dating advice! He knows how to control a massive crime gang and how to get and keep bitches!

• Jack is polysexual + Panromantic

• Jack and Eddie are mixed (American + Singaporean). Their parents weren’t married when Eddie and Jack were born and their father left their mother

• Jack sort of picked up certain eating habits from Dr.Oddfellow, however he does have some knowledge on cooking basic meals, think of those four ingredient “lazy mom” recipes you’d see on TikTok from time to time.

• Jack does care about his brother, he doesn’t bring it up much but has offered help to Eddie in the past

• Jack has ADHD but has found ways to help him focus on certain things

• Jack has been seen without his clown makeup by the icons so rarely that when he did, the icons tried to kill him because they thought he was a victim Adaru put in the lantern.

• Jack and Chance are both insane clown posse enjoyers

• Jack is more than willing to shoot Chance and anyone else he likes out of a canon (it’s his way of affection/very lh)

•Albert Caine had brown hair when he was younger

• Albert’s way larger underneath his professional wear. After a day at work it’s a relief taking off his corset and relaxing for the night.

•Albert’s wife who he had Cindy with passed away after she was born. He chose not to date after and focused on his morgue and raising his daughter.

•He is one of the more polite icons, he is willing to talk in interrogations or explain what the icons are to people (Mostly his murder victims before their death)

• Albert secretly enjoys the carebears, his favorite care bear is Take Care Bear.

• Jack and Albert are fishing buddies

• Paulo is surprisingly durable for being only a guy, he’s survived everything from snake bites to full on getting blown up. However he does have stitches through out his whole body.

• He is very much a film snob, Definitely a gatekeeper on how much of a horror fan someone is but doesn’t move the goal point much, he’ll respect you if you say certain movies are good

• Paulo has OCD, and even through his trashy workspace, he has all of his filming equipment in specific areas made for each tool and accessory he uses and does get angry at the other icons whenever someone places something of his in the wrong place

• Billy Skorrski was one of his 6 to 7 fake IDs he has used while in Singapore

• The most Paulo is able to cook is some cup noodles and a monster energy as a drink. Whenever anybody does cook for him he wolfs his plate down then goes back to whatever he’s working on for that day.

• Paulo believes himself to be an “Alpha male” and Jack dogs on him for his beliefs

•He also gets into fights with people on subreddits

• Elsa is the walking Swiss Army knife of the group. She always seems to have some tool or weapon useful to the situation happening to the icons.

• Some of her favorite books are Grim’s fairytales and murder mysteries, Elsa does like when the murderer gets away in them though :)

• Her and Julian hang out from time to time. (Elsa likes the old timey movies the palace theatre plays and Julian sometimes sits down with Elsa for some tea and to listen to music)

• Elsa is a lesbian but has no interest for anyone in the lantern.

• She is willing to read tamer books depending on who’s asking (She reads to Cindy sometimes when she needs to go to bed)

• Elsa despises Dr.Oddfellow just as much as Jack does. She has her own beef with Fellow that I’ll get into in another post

• Elsa would make a booktok person bite the curb

• Nobody knows what she does with her victims tongues

I am totally down to write for Gideon! He is quite a character, so this was actually really fun to write.

First off, this man is a whole celebrity, he bound to have the money

I feel like his main love language has developed into gift giving because of this

So he is always spoiling his partner, just for the sole purpose of,, because he can

Even if they try and deny the things he gets them, or tell him he “doesn’t have to”, he’s gonna keep doing it anyway

They mentioned they kinda wanted that thing the other day? Bam, theirs

It’s not for any superficial reason, though, it’s just because he’s just so fond of the reaction it gets

When he’s into someone he’s just into them

Man is whipped and you can’t bring him back from it

He will just adore everything his partner does, especially little things

It’s not uncommon to catch him staring as his partner does such mundane things because he just thinks they’re mesmerizing

He’s not afraid to outright say it either, he’s extremely forward to everyone about the fact that his partner is his world

We all know he’s impatient as shit, and I assume he’s also needy as shit, which is a fun combination

If his partner is busy and he wants attention, he will annoy them until he gets what he wants

Even if it’s just a lil hand squeeze, man just wants attention

Absolutely the king of hyping up his significant other

Always with the compliments, and sometimes over positivity

If they’re feeling down, he will do everything in his power to try and get them feeling better, even if just by a bit

His favorite thing is watching them try to scare, though

Obviously, considering his line of work, it’s almost a given that his partner would want to try it every once in a while

And oh boy when they do does he think it’s the cutest thing

They’re trying to be scary, and sure to others they’re doing a damn good job, but to him it’s just precious because they’re following all of his tips and doing such a good job

Much like everything they do, miraculous to him, but this ones just special 🥺
